oh wow my antivirus blocked that image
oh wow my antivirus blocked that image
yeah anyhub is having trouble.
I loved this scene. [hd]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xBmhSSG2FY[/hd] (Sorry for the grey blocks in the beginning, for some reason h264 has been fucking up for me on Youtube.)
This was a really good episode. Wasn't surprised when Lumen didn't leave Miami though.
Awesome episode. I don't know about you guys but I like Lumen and I like the actor.
shouldn't have watched this episode while eating spaghetti. :frown:
I also like Lumen.
i hate her personally i think the writer's could have come up with something better than lumen
I think she's okay. I find her a bit of a pest, though so does Dexter. My theory is that she'll use the whole "I saw you kill a person" thing against Dexter so that she'll be in a position to bargain with him... As long as the show picks up speed I'll be happy, though with Quinn catching onto Dexter I'm sure it will.
Anything could happen really.
And yet nothing is.
I want the season to focus more on Dexter and Harrison, fuck Quinn and really fuck Lumen. Quinn is an ugly cunt and Lumen is an annoying prick.

[editline]25th October 2010[/editline]
This was a really good episode. This is the first time I've been disappointed with Dexter. [editline]25th October 2010[/editline]
there are so many possibilities without any solid leads on where it's going and with so many episodes left in the season it'd be stupid to judge whether it'll be shit or not
I know but usually by now we have some kind of indication as to what's going on, or some kind of action. So far we've had Dexter talking to a chick in a coffee shop.
I don't get why everyone dislikes season 3 the most, I really enjoyed it and Miguel was a great character in my opinion.
I hated the first half of season 3, loved the second half.

I mean, nothing is happening, it's just sort of staying still [editline]26th October 2010[/editline]
I want the season to focus more on Dexter and Harrison, fuck Quinn and really fuck Lumen. The first season was the best one for that very reason
Season 1 was the best because it had Doakes. Season 2 sucked because Doakes [sp]died[/sp] and had [sp]Dexter's murders pinned on him[/sp].
Stuff from season 2 doesn't really need to be spoiler tagged. I hated how that happened though, made me cheer happily when Dexter killed her in france!
Season 1 was the best because it had Doakes. Season 2 sucked because Doakes [sp]died[/sp] and had [sp]Dexter's murders pinned on him[/sp].
Yeah but that's what makes Dexter awesome. He killed dozens of people and got away with it.
but there's always a part of me that wants everybody else to know his true identity, just so the guy can get some recognition. obviously it would never work, unless they wanted to end it forever. but still, you know what i mean.
I personally want to know how Deb would react to it
I personally want to know how Deb would react to it
Dry heaves. And a lot of fucks.
I personally want to know how Deb would react to it
It ended up working pretty well in the book, but I doubt it'd happen any time soon in the show
i liked her reactions in dexters imagination in season 2
It ended up working pretty well in the book, but I doubt it'd happen any time soon in the show
how'd it play out in the book? [editline]26th October 2010[/editline]
Yeah but that's what makes Dexter awesome. He killed dozens of people and got away with it.
It's getting a bit old tbh. Nobody has more luck than he does, its ridiculous

[editline]26th October 2010[/editline]
It's getting a bit old tbh. Nobody has more luck than he does, its ridiculous
How's it getting old? He hasn't got a perfect kill for ages. Sure, he hasn't been caught (asides Quinn) but he's been pulling some short straws.
i liked her reactions in dexters imagination in season 2
Loved that scene.
I wonder how the finale of the show will be, hopefully something epic with hes identity out in the open.
I bet he'll start over in a new city or something [editline]27th October 2010[/editline] Although I thought about it and even a season of him in prison would be kinda interesting
how'd it play out in the book?
In the end of the first book with the Ice Truck Killer/Tamiami Butcher, [sp]Bryan sets Deb up on the table, and while she's conscious Dex and Bryan pretty much talk about how they're both killers and Bryan tries to make Dex kill Deb, but he tries to resist killing her, then basically LaGuerta comes in and sees them, Bryan kills her and runs away, and Dex is left with Deb. Then I guess Dex pretty much just told her everything afterwards and she is really hateful towards him for a bit but gradually accepts it, that's what I remember happening anyways[/sp]
