Agreed, I'm interested in knowing how their little group came to form. Season's definitely picked up pace a little bit.
Laguerta needs to die. Batista would be a better character, she has been built up to be an all around unlikable, selfish person, and now, she has no real purpose to the story other than being a bitch She has repeatedly changed into a bitch, and it's kind of predictable. She needs to die.
I like the side stories with Laguerta and Quinn. It's interesting how they've changed.

New episode was really better than the rest, it's going in a much more interesting path now.
Dexter and Lumen are going to have awkward sex, I can already tell.
I loved Laguerta, but I lost a lot of respect for her last episode.
Also, I am beginning to like Lumen, even though I hate her.
Dexter is cute as always, and I love him still.
And that was very nice of Batista to have Deb's back, but I think it may end his marriage.
But that's no surprise anyways.

I think this might have to do with the shows following the books. In the novels, Laguerta lusts for Dexter, but then dies, so it's never fulfilled. In the show, she does the same, but she continues to live, so it kind of was forgotten.

The kids are living at their grandparents home, as far as I'm concerned.

If Lumen stabs Astor I'll forget her annoying me through this season. But last episode was okay. I wish this entire season was at least that good.

He does go far off the coast, it was just a clever edit. The dude's pictures were all of Dexter getting on and off his boat before and after, when he was loading the suitcases on.
I'm guessing the theory for them is that Dexter had an affair with Lumen and offed Rita to make it work using Trinity's M.O.
