I kinda didnt like what happened with Doakes but it cleared up things for Dex and everything got back on track
What happened with Doakes had to happen. The show would have gone in a completely different direction if Doakes had gotten the opportunity to start pointing the finger at Dexter and exposing him for being the serial killer that he is.

You should read the books, Doakes is awesome in the books. But yeah, the direction the series took had to have him killed.
I fucking love Dexter.
The 4th season was totally awesome. It was better than the previous in my opinion and I like where it is heading (Speaking of the seasons finale). Arthur was just the perfect villain. Every scene he was in was fantastic especially the ones with his family.
Also:
MIGUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!
[sp]Just watched the 4th episode of season 4 and I am so pissed that they killed off Lundy. He was an amazing character.[/sp]
There's a book of Dexter? I might have to check those out. Any ways I would rate the season in this order: 4, 2, 1, 3. I think most others will agree with this.

1,4,2,3 in my opinion.
[sp]yeah but after this he's gonna get so much fucking sympathy and support. nobody is ever going to suspect he's a serial killer every again. he's going to become so much more loved than he already is, it's gonna be hilarious when he kills people now[/sp]
Dexter is gonna pitch a fit in Season 5.
Killing spree.
[sp]The one person that helped him become more human was murdered. That's gonna cause a splash/[/sp]

[sp]Not the only person, Debra counts too[/sp]
Ok, it seems that italics don't work in spoiler tags...
1,4,2,3 in my opinion.
No way. 1,2,4,3.
4, 1, 3, 2 in my opinion.
I almost shed tears when Lundy died. I sat with my mouth open in awe as he fell to the ground. He was an awesome character.
4, 1, 3, 2 in my opinion.
Maybe others didn't like season 2 as much as I did.
[sp]In season 2 I found it a lot more intense because the PD is actually after him. The part where the FBI shows up on his door step asking them to come with them was probably my favorite part. I could literally feel his heart sink as he sees the box with slides on the desk.
In season 3 Miguel was an interesting character but I could see what was going to happen in the last episode a mile away.
In season 1 I was kinda upset because it reviled who the ice truck killer was too early. It would have been better if you found out who it was the same time Dexter did.
Season 4 was just 100% awesome [/sp]

He was a great character. I still think that the relationship between Deb and Lundy was too much. I cringed every time they kissed/fucked.
Best part was, before I started watching Dexter my friend told me that Deb dies. I was fucking shocked when she lived.
I wonder how Deb will act next season... Now that [sp]Rita's dead and she knows that the Ice Truck Killer was Dexter's brother[/sp]
Season 5 is going to be so good, jesus fuck.
it'll be hard to make season 5 disappointing with all the possible ways the story can go.

There's no way season 4 is better than the first season. The first season reigns supreme. It's just so much more...
"Dexter", you know?
The creator of Mortal Kombat, Ed Boon had this on his twitter : "Oh damn! Dexter's father is Raiden from MK Annihilation. Despite that I'll still give Season 1 a chance."
Holy fuck that ending to season 4 caught me off guard. This show is amazing.

My mum knows James Remar as a guy who was in Sex and the City...

I know what you mean, but I still thoroughly enjoyed Season 4 more. Trinity is by far my favorite Dexter villain. And the twist at the end left me jumping up and down in my living room excited as a motherfucker for next season. Not to mention this is the first season I watched on it's original airtime run. The previous seasons I saw on DVD and streamed episodes so I didn't get that week in between episodes to let everything soak in before continuing.

I watched all seasons on my computer. I could see what you mean about a week in between episodes, and you're kinda lucky for that. When I was addicted to Dexter I ended up watching 2 seasons in a week, leaving little time for me to think in-between episodes.

I watched all 4 seasons in 2 and a half days. :v:
I love season one more because it's the season that got me hooked on the show. After the first few episodes of the season, I couldn't get enough of the show.

It's pretty safe to say you have an addiction.
