I feel like what this season is also missing is an actual threat to Dexter. There's no chance of him getting caught really. In the other [i]good[/i] seasons there was the threat of him getting caught. It was fun watching him narrowly avoid getting busted. Now no one suspects him, no one knows his secret there is not really a chance of him getting caught.

Well I read an article saying that the last 2 episodes set up the next two seasons and that the next 2 seasons will more than likely be the last. So at least we know something big will happen in this season to carry into the next. More than likely Deb finding out and something to do with the intern guy

how sad and pathetic was it that the geek guy got all dramatic after Dexter disliked his video game. Its not even like Dexter was that influential in the first place. He constantly ignored the guy, yet he still wants Dexter to like him so much. I bet you anything that he is gonna try and kill Dexter or someone and thats gonna be their angle for the next season. I really don't get how the writers can be this fucking awful, I enjoyed 24 for the most part and if they are writers from 24 I don't know how they can fuck it up this badly.

Yeah it is, everything about this show is implausible, like the fact that it's still on the air.

Whether it's plausible or not doesn't really matter. This show is about a serial kill, not a anti terrorist. If I wanted to watch 24 I would watch 24.

I don't even know why I watch this show anymore. They took everything that was great about Dexter (the serial killing and, well, Dexter), made less of that, and took everything that was bad about the show and made more of that. [editline]5th December 2011[/editline] And at the same time, the overall quality took a massive dip (even compared to season 5)

The only thing I slightly liked about this episode was when Dexter realized all this religious stuff was bullshit. The rest made me think why I even watch this show. Also they can't be serious about Debra and Dexter [sp]becoming more than brother and sister[/sp].
