That was just.. awkward. All of it.
Even the last line. It actually made me laugh because it felt so weird.
"Oh God."
That's what I say when my mom walks in on me masturbating.
As predictable as it was, I fucking loved those last two or so minutes.
So... is that it then?
:pwn:
Wow, what a great finale.
Agree with you guys, I don't know what the fuck what coming out of that intern's obsession with Dexter.
And I can't blame Deb for being in love with Dexter. Kind of weird the writers had that in the show, considering they're divorced now.
I'm glad Quinn could stay. Very intense episode, loved it.
Even though it was pretty predictable.
wow, they reeaaallly want to force people to watch next season by pulling that thing with deb in the end. hahaha oh man, no thank you.
Oh wait, Lumen part 2.
It might be the early seasons of Dexter but you guys dig a lot deeper into the show then you should. I for one really liked the season and thought the end was awesome. (It's what I have been wanting since the end of season 4)
That was possibly the only truly good part of this season but it's far too late for it now, should've happened in Season 5. I watched this one because I thought Season 5 was a mistake but I can't force myself to watch two more seasons. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
Good ending to an overall shit season.
'i dont have feelings, but i do.' yup thats new dexter alright
I mean, that's actually kind of Dexter throughout the series, really. In the first season he's like "I have zero feelings, but I get angry when kids are murdered"
He's always had a minimal amount of morality that didn't have anything to do with Harry's code.
Though the ending has given me some interest as to whats next, this season was still shit. I don't see myself continuing two more seasons.
Yes, let's use an open crime scene as a kill-room when people KNEW he was going to be there. Dexter doesn't need to be so poetic, he should have just used the neighbor boat he set up last episode.
Rule one of the Code: Don't Get Caught.

What are you maaaaan? You some sort of fucking sheep? Only sheeple who didn't discuss the possible twists and turns on message boards would enjoy this season.
Being honest the same shit happened with Breaking Bad. Although I will agree with most the ending did piss me off because the quality of the season wasn't as good as seasons 1/2/4. It was however miles above MIGGGUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUEEEEEL and Lumen.
The fuck is it with this incest bullshit
Why didn't they just stop at season 4, seriously
As much as I'm intrigued about how things pan out after this insane ending, there is this feeling they can never fix this show, no matter what stunts they'll pull in future.
if they were going to let [sp]debra see dexter kill someone why didn't they just do it at the end of season 5?[/sp]
The fuck is it with this incest bullshit
Now each time Debra and Dex are in the same room it feels weird.
Now each time Debra and Dex are in the same room it feels weird.
oh i'd imagine it would feel really weird now...
Seeing how these writers handled [sp]Rita's death[/sp] I have no reason to watch the next season.
Well on the plus side the department's clearance percentage is about to shoot right up
Am I the only person who still going to watch the next 2 seasons? Even though this one stunk, without Dexter I'll have one less TV show to watch. I really liked all of the creative kills from Travis, especially the four horsemen of the apocalypse.
Other positive things about this season:
-Blonde chick's HOT ASS.
-Harrison is the cutest baby of all time.
-I actually liked the geek boy side plot, it sucks that it ended up being nothing. I hope he comes back later.
Debra's into serial killers, how fun.
The ending was so predictable. Right when she asked him for coming to the church.
Why did he choose the church? He was asking for trouble.
Also, why did Deb go over to the church in the first place? Did I miss something?

The part where the writers can only handle a screaming Kiefer Sutherland?
Also, why did Deb go over to the church in the first place? Did I miss something?
Dex was supposed to be working there to get blood samples or something for the case.
She wanted to speak to Dex to confess her feelings, so she went there expecting him to be working.
Why did he choose the church? He was asking for trouble.
dexter always considers what may go wrong in the spot he choses,
its like the writers said "fuck it, no one will question the church even though its under police grounds and anyone can come in for evidence."
