what's the difference between passing out and passing out?
And it's Dexter we're talking about. I didn't find the fake-injecting to be that bad writing in particular..
Going over the scene it does sort of look like he injects himself right as the camera cuts to Travis. His fingers move closer to his thumb like he was pressing on it. Oh well, it is Travis' fault not noticing something like that considering all the stupid shit Dexter gets away with.
Finally catched up.
I actually think that season five and six were decent. Five had too many "Dexter almost gets caught but something convenient happens and he escapes" moments and Nebraska was the worst thing ever in the series but I can't really think of anything else that was bad about those.
I'm doing the whole series, haven't seen past season 2. End of season 2 was interesting.[sp] Although Doakes was a prick most of the time, I liked him at the end, and was sad when he died, because I thought he was kinda warming up to Dexter, though it was probably because he just wanted to get out of his imprisonment [/sp]
[sp]doakes :([/sp]
I always felt that the professor was like Harry is to Dex, as in just imaginary. Didn't how he was stuck in a freezer though.
But yeah.. there's some lazy and bad writing. Why? New writers brought to the table or what?
Yes since season 4 ended. Writers from the show 24.

That's.. shocking
I made this in Gmod;

It doesn't really strike a resemblance to Dexter..
Besides from death and blood, of course.
Finally caught up to every episode. I stopped after season 4 because I was so mad at it. Ha. Finally watched the ending to season 6 and I must say just wow. Season 7 will be interesting...
Only on Season 1 Ep. 07. Just wanted to get started in this thread, trying not to eyeball some of the posts in case of spoilers. But so far I love this show.

That's what I've heard. I'm on Season 2 Ep. 01 now. Looking forward to it.

Threw him over the side into a trampoline he had prepared, what else?
He probably didn't need to prepare the trampoline, with his dumb luck there was probably a trampoline truck with an open roof driving by
What the fuck is this about a trampoline? Is this for real? (I wouldn't put it past these writers that's why I'm legitimately asking)
Bout time Debra found out.
Started watching a couple of weeks ago, getting through a couple of seasons a week. On season 5 now, fucking love this show.
how can you love season 5
I'm only 3 episodes in V:v:V
stop before its too late
Yeah seriously we're not joking, it is the worst shit on TV ever and although it leaves some pretty big loose ends, you're better off just speculating about what happens after the season 4 finale. Anything you come up with will be instantly better than what they shat all over paper and called it a plot.
yeah. your imagination is guaranteed to be better than the actual season
:(
I've started reading the books. Currently on the second one. They're surprisingly funny, but I must say, season 1 is better than the first book. I'm glad the rest of the seasons don't follow the books.
So I guess I should just stop watching after season 4?

i wouldn't, season 5 was pretty dull but watchable, and I enjoyed season 6 for the most part
Glad to see [sp]that bitch Lila was killed. For a second there I thought Dexter was really falling back in love with her.[/sp]
Almost finished season 5, wasn't as bad as people were making it out to be, just rather uneventful.
