Leaked Star Wars: Battlefront II gameplay - General

Damn this looks so good I almost want to shell out 100 bucks for the deluxe edition.

I'm so fucking happy to see clones and droids again. I honestly love the Prequel aesthetics.

Speaking of Droidekas I didn't see them listed, I hope it doesn't mean they're not going to exclude them.

The thing that worries me the most is that they're apparently offering star cards as a preorder bonus. As of now, we don't know if the "Epic abilities" are just cosmetic, or if they actually affect gameplay. If it's the latter, I worry we could also be seeing some level of P2W in the form of purchasable star cards. It's possible the preorder bonus is just for a head start, and the same star cards can still be unlocked with in-game experience - but knowing the direction the industry is going in, I wouldn't put it past EA to follow Activision's lead with the CoD series. I hope it's just cosmetics though. It's a damn shame regardless that, at this point, we have to chose between endless cosmetics and endless pay to win microtransactions in a full price game.

So take that as you will.

Hearing the damn Clone Wars droid voices cracks me up every single time

Dice really knows how to nail down the look and the graphics look fantastic especially the effects and the environments.

I love that Dee Bradley Barker is voicing the clones, TCW is such a good show. I hope we get Anakin's TCW voice instead of the actual actor's.

Is it just me or does Maul's lightsaber seem a bit underpowered? Like it feels weird having him have to hit a clone 3 times to kill them with it.
