I'd think of them as a man or woman (depending on what they decide to be, if neither, then they become "it")

I'd only think of them differently in the sense that my son would be a daughter/my daughter would be a son, but besides that, i'd be curious as to why they would go through that strange ritual in the first place... But I don't think I should think too deeply into this; as i'm probably never gonna have kids if I keep up my current lifestyle.

If they're going to get a sex change they're already probably super weird so them actually getting the sex change wouldn't be that far of a change from their already weird self. So I'd probably treat them as the same weird kid

umm yes, I would certainly think differently of him/her, or I'd atleast try to talk him/her out of it before taking a sex change. But once the sex change has been completed, I don't think there's much more to say for me than 'I disagree with your choice, but ok' and live on our lives. I would probably not disown them or never talk to them or something.
