This is why I don't understand competetive gaming. Games are supposed to be fun. Why get involved in something that will piss you off? I avoid games that get me mad for this very reason.
it's not the game that pisses people off but their performance. competition is also very fun for some people
I'll never understand getting super mad at video games or what it accomplishes
Why you heff to be mad?
it's not the game that pisses people off but their performance. competition is also very fun for some people
Then get mad at yourself not others or your controller I don't get it Okay I guess I should rephrase what I said, people need to deal with their anger better than putting the blame on something else, because all it does is make yourself look like an idiot.

I've always been ass at wording, but yeah that's what I meant. :v: It's okay to get mad at games just don't be stupid about it.

Participating in any other sport isn't fun 100% of the time either.
Go watch Adventures of Mike Ross and Gootecks. Despite the salt from both shown in this vid they are both absurdly chilled out when not in tournaments. It's the pressure of the environment and the money at stake that drives people either for better or worse.
sometimes it's the competition that makes it more fun it's ok if you think differently but don't dismiss people or try to demean them because they take a game a little more serious than you
Whether or not you think it's "brilliant", I still find it entertaining. Some of the competitors are salty fucks, but most aren't though. Usually, the higher up the ranks a tournament goes, the less people you have "popping off." It also depends on the game as well. Higher profile games (like Street Fighter) will have a higher chance of salt than lower profile games (Killer Instinct.) But I'll go ahead and contribute to the thread by posting a very salty moment. watching people rage is the best
This one always kills me. Love K9. He's actually an ok dude, but like most other people you see in the rage vids, definitely has trouble dealing with losing lol.
From evo just gone Onisan should've been DQed but it just didn't matter
