Also I use Windows media Player to Rip my CD's
So I guess Windows for Ripping
And Itunes for Ipod and Music.

They both do.
Anyone who isn't a Mediamonkey/Foobar user and is looking to make the switch, I actually recommend Foobar despite being a MM user. It's a hell of a lot nicer out-of-the-box.
