dng is easier to edit, i usually convert to dng for lightroom
That's what I understand, but does dng lack somthing that pef would have? Is there any reason to prefer pef over dng or not?

Oh Jaanus, such a bad influence. Did he kick your ass at pool too?

sweeet also you're following my new tumblr already I see, just in time for a week lapse. :v: on that note for everyone else, started up 365-ish.tumblr.com last week and I'm now editing up the past week's pictures (finally) [editline]2nd September 2011[/editline] I was out in madison and caught this for bopie. There were PBR cans literally everywhere around the capitol building, be it litter on the streets or advertisements on everything else sorry for b/w, didn't have time to swap modes when the bus was driving past
Can I ask what kind of level photos people are expecting to see here? I'm kind of a hobbyist with a Canon EOS REBEL T1i, is that good enough to make a thread round here?

This isn't exactly photography related, but you guys are quite creative and less downsy than fast threads, so can anyone suggest any names for a tutoring business I'm starting? Thanks  [editline]4th September 2011[/editline] What about alpha tutors?
What a horrible day.

Can anyone tell me if the ME Super can control the shutter speed or aperture? I still haven't gotten it in the mail yet, but my teacher said she'd like for it to have both.
Can anyone tell me if the ME Super can control the shutter speed or aperture? I still haven't gotten it in the mail yet, but my teacher said she'd like for it to have both.
Yeah it can do both aperture is done on the lens, shutter speed with buttons
Can anyone tell me if the ME Super can control the shutter speed or aperture? I still haven't gotten it in the mail yet, but my teacher said she'd like for it to have both.
It has a manual mode where you set the shutterspeed and aperture and it has aperture priority where you set the aperture and the camera itself sets a shutterspeed
Alrighty. Thanks guys!
Alrighty. Thanks guys!
How much did you pay for yours? and did you get any extras included in the price?
How much did you pay for yours? and did you get any extras included in the price?
Paid $70. Got the body, a SMC Pentax-M 1:2 50mm, a Rokinon MC Auto Tele Zoom Macro 1:45 80-200mm, a Vivitar polarizing filter, photo battery, instructions, and a case for the body and the 80-200mm. Btw, what are the ratios? Do they have to do with aperture?
me incredibly hard at work
