that sounds like bliss

mind you, my idea of a holiday is being kept in a hospital bed being fed food through a tube
Protip: Don't leave your camera with a bunch of drunk friends.
They tend to photograph anuses.
This song goes out to a good man named bopie.

Guys, I'm going to London in like two weeks time. Any tips or anything?
[editline]12th May 2011[/editline]
Also, I'm going with my class.
Knock on my house lol
I can't decide on this
<-------
or an optimized version of this (way too large)

I could also do this but I really like how he smiles at the end:

hmm boobs or a fat guy
I can see why this may be a difficult choice
Well the guy I like because it almost looks like it's just a looping gif but then he does a troll smile at the very end which tricks you.
Also I'd take off the very first 3 frames which kinda ruin the effect.
The books look fake so get better boobs or a fat guy.
[QUOTE=B-hazard;29782969]The [b]books[/b] look fake so get better boobs or a fat guy.[/QUOTE]
yeah I hate when I read fake books.
[editline]12th May 2011[/editline]
I'm just going to work on optimizing the fat guy and if I can get it to fit under 102 kb without looking like ass then I'll use it, but if not I won't.
I didn't know you could optimize fat guys.
Perhaps cut off a few frames?
fucking fake books.....
[QUOTE=B-hazard;29783234]I didn't know you could optimize fat guys.

I tried that, but his eyes move fast enough that it looks really weird with frames cut out.
I shortened it a ton, and I [i]still[/i] had to reduce the colors to the point where it looked ugly.
Unless someone wants to do a better job at optimizing for me (I doubt anyone will) I'm keeping this one.
[editline]12th May 2011[/editline]
Actually I'm starting to get interested in the one that's just looping.
[editline]12th May 2011[/editline]
I'm going to ask the ladies for their opinions since they won't be distracted by the boobs.
This job better start paying off so I can afford my camera. It's frustrating to work from 6 AM to 4:30 PM and only make $40. Ugh, commission jobs.
GONNA BRlNG YOU DOWN WITH SABOTAGE

Went into town today, photo place advertises film rolls but doesn't sell them anymore. For a 24 roll its £9.99 to scan them in, and £14.99 for 36 exposures. Is that normal?
£50 for camera body
£5 for 24 roll
£10 to scan what possibly could be DUCKARSE
total rip off. asda does it for £2.50 onto cd

Good quality scans though? My local asda is a 30-40 minute drive away depending on how many slow drivers are on the road. Does it usually take long?

£2.50 is for an hour

Jessops does it for £5 with a free roll of Fuji 200.
Gah, none of my housemates opened the door when LR was being delivered, now I have to walk 20 minutes to the depot tomorrow morning.
The horror.

I go to gas stations. And bother people. And convince them that they need me. To fix their Windshields.

I liked this one.
okay guys, so I have a 550d and a tripod. When I have said 550d on the tripod and I pick the tripod up and move it with the camera switched on, then put the tripod down on the ground again, 9/10 times the camera will turn off. It turns off, and if in live view the mirror remains locked up. The only way of turning it back on again is by switching the power switch off, removing the battery and reinserting the battery. After putting it back in, the mirror returns to its normal position (even with the power off).
It then works fine until it gets bumped again.
Same happens if I bump it while off the tripod.
Anyone had similar problems/heard of it before?
Sounds like a loose connection in the camera somewhere, send to Canon.
