What happened?
I did walk out of a restaurant on Sunday evening leaving my camera bag under the chair. Didn't realise till 10 minutes had passed and thought "I feel lighter than usual, oh FUCK" (because my camera bags weight with camera, you notice if its there or not) sprinted to the restaurant and thankfully the manager had it locked away. /phew

I tend to ask people how they genuinely feel currently and tell them to express that. If you say "just be yourself" you get them switching a lot of expressions quickly being very self conscious! I remind my flatmates that the photos I was taking were concept for the project I have to do.

Call and email the teacher, and make a massive fuss is all you can do. People in the class would probably notice someone having a camera all of a sudden as well unless they are complete cunts and sell it. Announce it to everyone, it could help.

Randomly, after years of working just fine, firefox started showing [i]my[/i] pictures with fucked colors. I'm paranoid that maybe you've all, or some of you have been seeing everything much differently than I have. Most other peoples' images look fine, though I have found a handful on flickr showing the same colorfuck. I know it's a color space issue and I can sort that out on my own. I just want to see if it's isolated (preferred) or I've been uploading in the wrong color space and everyone sees the wrong version (ohgod)
I fired up chrome and it shows things properly - the way I've been seeing and editing them.

Is your monitor calibrated? I get a similar problem that only happens on calibrated computers.
I've not found a fix, and as of late, all my images have had the incorrect color profile (the Spyder3Express profile, in my case), and I've been relying on browsers to default to using sRGB.
It seems to get the most consistent results, but not perfect, with some browsers and operating systems, the colours are extremely flat.
Maybe you're assigning your pictures the sRGB profile without converting them to it, and each browser is dealing with trying to fit sRGB into the wrong space differently?

Interesting. I've been shooting in Adobe and saving as sRGB - I'll see what happens when I shoot in it.
I use safari and they all look the same to me

I personally hate taking pictures in the dark.
Sun goes up 10:14 AM, and it goes down 2:37 PM.
That's just over 4 hours "sunlight" (the sun's angle is so low so it's kinda like a 4 hour dawn+sunset).
And that gives me 20 hours of dark. And the weather is also insanely shit. The grey clouds makes everything below them dull and boring.
But you're definitely right, I'm propably gonna have to try something new, gonna go and take some pics at the industrial area ASAP.
