Some neck beard at my school is a self-acclaimed "gun expert" and I tried to converse with him during lunch in our shop class. I thought he was legit, because he made IPSC targets for a metal project, and was the renowned "gun snob" in the shop class group. Immediately I knew he was a fucktard, because he said he has "ak47s" with "30 round clips" and he says the M1 Garand is "fucking retarded" because it has an overly-complicated and unreliable OS. He also says his grandpa has an MP-40 and has over 300 guns in Ohio. He says he loves Russian guns, and is an expert, so I slipped in an "ak74u" and an "ak47s" into a conversation and they flew right over his head. He says you can easily get a CC permit in California, and doesn't know what a buffer tube is, among other obvious gun parts. I also asked him whether an M16-A4 or M16-A5 was used during the Gulf War and he said he's "pretty goddamn sure" that it was the M16-A5.
