These things crawl around your floorboards at night and apparently we swallow like two a year.

Also went shooting today. This picture is of my groupings for my Nugget. Target is about 3 inches across and I was about 50-75, maybe even 100, meters back. My grandpa also brought his compact XD-9 and sub-compact XD-40. Today was pretty fun.

Lol I'm watching Red Dawn for the first tim and it's honestly so terrible it's hilarious
the schedules for my birthday got fucked up, so no birthday money :c, at least I got a part time job, what could go wrong :v:
So I'm playing the Cod 4 campaign (I know.. I know...) and me and my buddy are only looking for inaccuracies and mistakes. The best was when Staff Sergeant Griggs is held captive in a house and before having to release him, I noticed he had flash bangs, frag grenades, and a big knife all on him.

I liked the CoD 4 campaign, it was a reasonably accurate portrayal on modern warfare and how wars are fought nowadays. It pretty much touched on all aspects of the regular military from the grunts and special forces to the aircrews of warplanes. Modern Warfare 2 is when CoD really started going downhill imho. I liked WaW even though the King Tiger wreckage in the 1942 Stalingrad mission bothered me. Initially, the PBY mission rustled my jimmies too, but after I sat through an interview from some Black Cat veterans from WWII and they said that for many of their missions, every round in every gun of their Catalinas was an incendiary (tracer every ten rounds), it made some more sense.

What kind of gay fucked up version of Red Dawn are you watching. Red Dawn is fucking awesome, but not because it was made particularly well or because the acting is great (but neither are bad, please), but because its a movie made in the 80s about the feared Soviet invasion being stopped by a bunch of kids. If a movie came out nowadays about it with Red Dawns level of quality its be shit.
I mean, first of all the VDV is portrayed as untrained savages that a) can't hit the broad side of a barn and only shoot from the hip, and b) kill women, children, civilians, etc. with absolutely no distinction. All the while these kids are somehow expert marksmen, with every type of weapon they can get their hands on (including grenades) despite the fact that they have no knowledge of Russian weaponry and are not trained soldiers by any stretch of the imagination.
Not to mention, this is all happening in a no-name town in the middle of buttfuck-nowhere and the Russians seem to need this for some unknown ass-backwards strategic reason. Meanwhile, the KGB is taking orders from some Cuban/Nicaraguan Colonel who somehow knows everything about the American gun laws for every state and knows all the ATF form numbers and how gun ownership works in the US.

It's an 80's propaganda movie. What do you expect? And I'm sure the remake is going to be even worse with North Koreans in PLA uniforms invading.
speaking of propaganda movies, Triumph of the Will is really interesting to watch
dictator
Children on men.
