Well I went to have a chat with her about the whole situation. Apparently she was in a similar situation just before she came to university and ended up really hurting the guy's feelings and doesn't want to do the same to me. She actually isn't totally against the idea of being friends but she thinks we should just not talk to each other until after christmas and see how we feel then.

Like anything, if you have it everyday (except sex, I'll take that everyday) it's not good for you and you'll just become dependant in it. That said, weed is a really good social drug. I feel you, taep, on the whole not wanting to go to bars or clubs and thakind of thing. I'm the same way. My idea of a good night is just relaxing with a few friends, toking a bit and listening to some chill music. I don't NEED weed, but I think it's a fun social thing to do, it's helped me cause I'm a little bif like you in that I'm a quiet and I prefer a small crowd. I'd say consider trying it if the chance comes up, you'd be surprised how many people smoke dope at university. Also ignore Kyle's advice on surrounding yourself with stoners, they'll just drag you down most of the time.
