why the fuck are there fast zombies when in the book they were the typical slow zombies aaaaa max brooks how do you let this happen [editline]14th November 2012[/editline] look at that thumbnail this is like l4d the movie or something
L4D the movie might actually be entertaining since if it was done with any degree of quality and by valve then it'd be at least funny i hope i'm not the only one who is completely fucking tired of just about everything involving zombies
I'm trying to write a 5 page paper about Hamas, but I keep being distracted by the internet. I'm also a little braindead from writing about the Oklahoma City bombing last night, so I'm not sure that this is going to go so well. Tl;dr: Homeland Security is fun, but papers suck.

Not sure if anyone cares, but I went to counseling for the first time today and I feel better. I really had no desire for counseling, and I've put it off many times in the past, but I'm actually glad I went. Met my counselor and had a ~20 min session with her. Probably gonna follow up tomorrow.
My girlfriend got a new laptop with a webcam and mic, we are going to try it tonight or tomorrow night. maybe

this portrays CAD all wrong it needs at least 3 more slides containing unnecessary dialogue

got kicked off the musical because i wasn't "academically legible" (aka i wasn't passing 2 out of my four classes, required 3) because early in the year i was a faggot ass slacker. After everyone got really pissed because im like the perfect guy for the lead role, i was like "fuck it im gonna go to that teacher and tell her to fuck off, here's my work and im your goddamn prince". the only issue is that i need to do 10 pages of geometry by tomorrow. Wish me luck.
lol actors crew is where its at faggot [editline]14th November 2012[/editline] ~DiReCtOr_4_LyF~
take tech theater fuck everything up on purpose yolo
I'm normally the lights guy and Auxiliary sound dude, but i really don't wanna do lights for the musical so i decided to tryout instead.
So I just ran like 5 miles for the first time since like middle school because i'm trying to get in shape. Oh my god, I am so sore, why am I doing this. :suicide: Is biking better cardio or at least easier because holy shit I hate running [editline]14th November 2012[/editline] ALSO 5 DAYS TILL I'M 18~
if you havent ran or worked out in a long time i wouldnt do 5 miles you will fuck your shit up like that
It was more 3 then 2 with a break in between. I slowed down when I needed to. My friend in ROTC was working me to see where I was. I'm honestly fine right now except for sore extremities. My dad is going to fix up his bike for me to use, so I might end up doing that instead.
I'm normally the lights guy and Auxiliary sound dude, but i really don't wanna do lights for the musical so i decided to tryout instead.
Doing lighting for musicals is hardcore next level shit. You know whats harder? Motherfucking being the Stage Manager on musicals. Nigga you RUN that shit.

Its funny because PT in JROTC is shit compared to PT in the Marines; makes me wonder if I actually returned to JROTC for my last semester of my senior year to be physically better than everyone even though i'd probably be reduced to a private instead of my previous one; I kinda want to stir trouble within those power hungry staff NCOs and officers and I do all their push-ups and whatever exercises and not break a sweat :v:
thanks german for making me remember this song

3 miles in 18 doesn't seem like the worst thing in the world, I could do a straight mile at a constant pace at 6:30 minutes, I guess I should start doing shit again. Nothing beats the feeling of falling asleep on a windy mountaintop watching the lights in the city at a distance, after climbing 16 mountainpeaks in one night from mid afternoon to 6 am.

If you don't do long time, long distance runs you never get the stamina required to do 3 miles, a relatively short distance, at a fast pace. That said, if you can run 3, flat (not hilly) miles at a 15 minute pace you can probably consider yourself in better shape than 95% of America. After that point if you don't do leg workouts (think weight lifting) I think it becomes a physical impossibility to go faster, so workouts get more complicated and less fun.
god thinking back on it i'm still disappointed that i could only do 1 mile in 6:30 I guess I'm gonna start doing shit again.
if you havent ran or worked out in a long time i wouldnt do 5 miles you will fuck your shit up like that
Also this. I'd recommend starting with 2 or 3 and after a week you'll feel infinitely better doing 4 and 5. That's how we started out XC training over the summer and it was a pretty smooth transition from not running at all to daily 5-6 mile workouts (ofc it became hellish once the school year started but w/e). And holy shit this goes to everyone: STRETCH. Not stretching = okay guess I'm not working out tomorrow.

I run and walk with my assault pack filled with my mk. 6 helmet, a few jackets to line that shit and prevent it from ending my spine, and a bunch of 2L bottles of coke or whatever with water in them it works, sorta
