Having had someone very close to me in this exact same situation, I can tell you how much it means to someone in the hospital for suicide to get cards and other things.

Dude Fish I was actually thinking of the exact same thing before I got on just now. I think it's a really good idea, just shows him that we actually care.

They're only keeping him here until Monday at the latest, and since snail mail is too slow, I have a better idea. I'll stop by and check on him Sunday morning, get him some flowers or something. If you guys want, draw him a picture an sign it, pm it to me and I'll print it out, and give it to him with the flowers. Oh, I also made him promise he won't do it again, or I'd kick his ass.
