My dad's side of the family is German, mom's is Italian. I'm 100% Axis. Also, my mom's side of the family is so Italian that one of my relatives owns an Italian restaurant and sells jarred spaghetti sauce. Grandpa received a Purple Heart in Vietnam. He was ground infantry. My uncle drove an M2 Bradley in Desert Storm, but didn't see any action.

Both my grandpas had a part in WW2. Both sides of my family are old folkes.

I have an old Silvertone 1935 table radio that is in excellent external condition, but the insides are roached. I took out all the tubes, and places my tiny iHome in it, and run the cable out the normal hole for the wall plug. Now I use my period-correct radio to broadcast period-correct radio shows/broadcasts/music. Maybe a video, if I can figure it out...

I'm German, Greek, English, Scottish, and Dutch. My Dutch ancestors came here and settled in New Amsterdam in the 1600s, descendants of that family later fought in the 7 Years War and then on the side of the colonists during the American Revolution. My English ancestors came here in the late 1500s. A descendant of that family fought in the American Civil War from '62 to '65 and was at most of the major battles as part of the Army of the Potomac. Don't know about the Scots but they married into the English side of the family The Germans moved here after WWI (my great-grandfather fought from 1915-18) Greek side of the family moved here in the 1930s (great-grandfather fought in the Balkan wars) Both of my grandfathers caught the tail end of WWII, on my dad's side in Europe, my mom's side in the Pacific. well i mean i guess i can understand that if you tried, but she just said it was stupid right after i explained it broke my widdle teeeny weeeny heart. Anyways, hearing about german's girl gave me a weird kind of feeling. I've only felt it once before and that was like 2 years ago when me and another facepuncher made little songs that were really fun and stuff (at this point he's gotten like insanely awesome at making music and he's actually getting one of his songs in Rock Band 3!!!!). It's like everything becomes over saturated with color (not literally but that's the feeling it gives) and everything is like... I dunno, weird. In like a really good sense. It's like a wave of inspiration that basically makes me think "fuck there is so much I have to look forward to in my life, why do I always focus on the bad shit". In most of my days I'll have fun and whatnot, but it's almost labored, like when I had my relations with that one girl halloween night, sure it was fun and all but it was like "oh whatever I guess". That happens a lot up here, I feel like when I get out of high school I need to take a trip somewhere, just go to a city (nowhere big big like New York, think like Denver) or go see some friends or some shit. I've always thought "once i get out of high school I'm either diving into college right away or joining the corp", but now I'm realizing that I really don't want to do that. I wanna go visit like some european country, or shit, even Canada would suffice. I just want to feel that warm thrill of confusion that space cadet glow. Tell me is something eluding you sunshine, is this not what you expected to see? If you wanna find out what's behind these cold eyes, you'll just have to claw your way through this disguise!
