Yeah honestly Im inclined to agree with desert on the rank thing The chevron has been used as military rank for thousands of years, the US military doesnt exactly have a trademark on it maybe you shouldn't be running with the intention of it meaning SFC (which I assume it does) but as long as you arent running I unit patch I say its OK, and most of the people I know in the military agree.

I'm sorry you guys are so offended, but really the only people that seem offended... are you guys. So, I'm going to keep wearing the patch until I dont feel like it anymore, because like I said, its not on my arm, its not anywhere where it personifies an actual rank, and it has meaning to me. Its literally just a green patch on the shoulder of my vest. Lets all rate me dumb and move on please. Dont need this clogging up the thread anymore
