Nope. A dart weighs about 1.4g and most have a muzzle velocity of ~60fps once the air restrictors are removed and maybe a spring change.
60fps = 18.2m/s
(0.5) * 0.0014kg * (18.2m/s)^2 = 0.23J
So with a .2g BB you'd have
(0.5) * 0.0002kg * (x)^2 = 0.23J
x^2 = 2300
x = 48m/s
So yeah, you'd have a whopping 160fps or so.

One of my airsoft/HvZ friends can one-up all of you. He has a prototype EOTech, a very rare pre-production variant of the typical holo sight used by the military. What does he do with it? Sticks it on his Nerf stuff and uses it in HvZ. His optics are worth the gun they're mounted on several dozen times over.
Just bought a $700 laptop for $300 because it was walmart's display model.
