wow, I edited Wikipedia to show the Free Syrian Army as a user of the AUG a few days ago and they took it down because I linked to a picture and not an article as proof. but its funny because pictures were good enough for showing the libyan rebels as using something.

I was cleaning the good ol' Chinese Norinco SKS today, and I realized it is the perfect (at least from my selection at hand) SHTF rifle. I found only today that it has a very nice little cleaning kit inside the stock and I added patches and a small oiler to it, it has an under folding spike bayonet, takes a relatively common caliber, and the next thing I might buy for it would be an AK magwell if those are available.

There is no AK magwell for them. It's actually like an SKS mag with an AK mag welded onto it.
