id just love it if anon is planning something really big and waiting till this gets passed (which it better not) to completely fuck over people who agree with it.
Congress's power comes from approval rating. If their approval rating is 5%, then their power is 5%. Why don't we all unanimously agree not to follow this law? If every single individual person refuses to follow the law, and ISPs refuse to implement the requirements of the law, then what can a government with no approval do?
What happened to your riot proposal?
theres a SOPA thread on every forum on 4chan btw
Am I the only one whose mind cant even comprehend life without internet? If this bill goes through, it'll be fucking Armageddon. If I wake up tomorrow and hop on Facebook mobile before school, and it isn't there. I'm hitting the first smug fuck to make a comment about it.
id just love it if anon is planning something really big and waiting till this gets passed (which it better not) to completely fuck over people who agree with it.
Post their dox! [editline]15th December 2011[/editline]
Or if LulzSec suddenly made a comeback only to break up support for the bill.
What if it was a mass assault teamed up with anonymous
Um that's what you call an unhealthy obsession to a luxury in life tbh
Internet is becoming less and less luxury and more and more infrastructure in the First World the more real life things are connected to it and the more traditional means of communication are replaced by it. And we got a trend there.

The internet is as important to us as our books and other methods of information retention. What if we lost our phones, TVs, radios? Books?
So, what sites are going to be effected, youtube and mega-upload of course, but what else?
Or if LulzSec suddenly made a comeback only to break up support for the bill.
LulzSec? LulzSec is a joke, all they ever did was use SQL Injections. An 8 year old can do that.
So, what sites are going to be effected, youtube and mega-upload of course, but what else?
Facebook, Facepunch, 4chan, any website where users can post content. Pretty much every website.
Internet is becoming less and less luxury and more and more infrastructure in the First World the more real life things are connected to it and the more traditional means of communication are replaced by it. And we got a trend there.
This is one of the biggest problems I think, that a lot of the communication in our world right now is revolving around internet to a point that it's hard to imagine what it'd be like without it. A lot of it could be ruined here. [editline]15th December 2011[/editline]
Facebook, Facepunch, 4chan, any website where users can post content.
Isn't facepunch hosted outside of the US?
i wish they would shut up with the will the gentlemen yeild and let the person say their statement i could just smack them.
Facebook, Facepunch, 4chan, any website where users can post content. Pretty much every website.
So basically everything, since every site has comments now.
Except the government doesn't make the weapons. Arms companies do. If the revolutionary force is better business than the US government, they'd let us all the assault rifles and tanks we wanted. That being said, if this really is a 95% majority belief, then there is nothing stopping every single policeman and soldier from defecting into the revolutionary force simultaneously. This is what's SUPPOSED to happen, but people are too afraid to do it because they're assigning a Congress with only 5% approval ratings way more power in their heads than they actually have.
Yeah and then said business get's hits by a nationalisation for the needs of the country a second later. Keep in mind a popular revolution will usually have the support of at least parts of the army so that isn't a problem. It's the cross public popular revolutions that tend to have trouble.
Mr Sanchez sounds like Seinfeld when yelling.
Mr. Sanchez is actually Mr. Polis. A wonky camera angle makes the nametags look off. [editline]15th December 2011[/editline] The tag even says "Ms. Sanchez."
If the bill already requires a court order, then why is it such a big deal to clarify it? I don't understand these peoples logic. Also, they need a better system for recording votes.
mother fuckers they are voting no again
Isn't facepunch hosted outside of the US?
IIRC it's hosted in Texas.
"Yes" "NONONONONONONONONONONONO" "I request a vote count!"
Lots of no on this matter.
no means the bill will pass?
