AP Exams - "shit i fuckin bombed that frq holy shit"

I don't know if this is the place for this, but has anyone taken the US History SAT 2? If you have, is it similar to the multiple choice section of the APUSH? I'm taking it in a couple of weeks and it would be really helpful if someone could tell me.
So yeah, AP English, woohoo, how'd we do?
Essays weren't bad but some of the multiple choice questions were head-scratchers
The reading that the multiple choice had was really, really annoying.
AP World History exam tomorrow. Looks like I should start studying.
The essays for AP English wasn't so bad. I was pressed for time for the multiple choice because a couple of those passages were pretty long and filled with oooooold english. I managed to finish anyways. Confident I passed that test.
End of testing for me, I await July
Fuck AP Statistics, that test whipped my ass today.
What's worse is I have an essay on the Gini Index due tomorrow too, so I don't even get a break after the test.
At least I aced the AP Literature test last Friday...
I felt like my essays for the AP English exam were not that great. I have written far superior essays on previous prompts in the past in class.
The style one i felt like i did great on it, because come on, it's kennedy, it's really easy to analyze presidential speeches. The USPS prompt was bleh, i felt like the sources were very narrow, they all seemed to have the same point to them, so i couldn't really dig out something to write a concession on.
The AP Language and Composition reading portion wasn't terrible. Towards the end the questions got a little absurd, but whatever, it wasn't as horrible as I was expecting. (The passages were unusually boring, though, and this is coming from a guy who actually enjoys a lot of the passages from the SAT and such...)
The essays also weren't as terrible as I was expecting them to be. In retrospect, though, I think my argument essay was way too superficial, and I could have cut an entire paragraph out of my rhetorical analysis essay. Oh well. At least I'm done now.

Yeah frankly, with the synthesis essay, Collegeboard very clearly wants you to take their perspective. I'm not saying I usually disagree with them (they're pretty damn liberal, so am I :v:) but it's kind of silly how basically all the sources they give only support one side. Having written several practice synthesis essays I've noticed this is always the case.

I wrote an AP essay ever 2 weeks in class for a year. A lot of the time, you at least get some sort of counter argument to address. But all of the sources said "hur, add e-mail and shit".
I hope they don't hate me for bashing on Kennedy a little for the style essay.
I was a little disappointed with how one-sided the synthesis essay was; at least in the past, there is a definite pro or con for either side. The rhetorical analysis was almost too easy; the author purpose was literally his first sentence. I didn't think the MC portion was too bad.
I was worried about the rhetorical analysis and I was so glad it was Kennedy
I swear I laughed out loud when I saw the DBQ for APWH was about cricket, of all things. Multiple choice was very easy, essays were moderately easy, definitely have that 5 in the bag.

If you can cite the sources in a refutation it can strengthen your argument. That's usually how my essays go since I'm somewhat conservative. I wrote about abolishing USPS though :D
I take AP Human Geography tomorrow. Any tips?
Took AP world history exam, and i honestly feel pretty good! multiple choice was relatively easy except for a few questions, the DBQ i did ok on, but that fucking question... like what the fuck... Continuity and change over time was the easiest IMO, i rocked that one, but then came the Compare contrast, IMO i feel like i probably got like a 2 on it...
Calc BC was very easy, definitely 5
Microecon was very easy, definitely 5
US Gov was pretty easy, probably 4 or 5
Physics C Mechanics MC portion - easy, FRQ-WHAT THE FUCK
Physics C Electricity and Magnetism MC portion - WHAT THE FUCK
Props to those who took 6 or more tests including Physics C
i only took bc calc and phys c mechanics, but I agree with you 100% on those
AP World here.
Got a 2 out of 9 on the practice ccot :D
Me too, it was pretty easy, I beasted the multiple choice (at WORST 62/70) and Dbq (definately got at least 7, not sure if I did all the requirements for extended core), did shitty on the ccot (like a 4 maybe) and pretty good on compare contrast (6 or 7 I think)
Next year i'm taking AP Calc Ab, bio, Human Geography, English, and American History
anyone find out that korean pop tune from the music theory test?
Remember don't talk about specific MC questions forever or else College Board will come while you are asleep and tease your asshole open with a giant bumpy dildo
The feel when you actually thank Total War and it's creators profusely for teaching everything on the AP Worls History exam; it took a lot of explaining on how my study methods included Medieval 2 and Hearts of Iron.
I am motherfucking happy.
-edit-
I wrote about star thistles on the compare/contrasts. My teacher gave me interesting looks.
I'm a little late, but to summarize:
AP Euro: Medium difficulty, expecting a 3 or 4
AP Statistics: A complete joke, definitely 5'd that one
I'm taking AP classes for the first time next year. It's looking like Physics B, Statistics, Biology, and US History.
Fuck.
The following year is looking like Calculus, Physics C, Chemistry, and probably World History or Psychology.

Psychology is easy.
Physics, Calculus and Chem are what I would be worried about.

My life is pretty fucked.
What are AP Exams?
AP, or Advanced Placement, is a series of classes taken in high school (US + Canada only) that can qualify you for credit-hours in colleges. These classes are much more rigorous than regular high school classes.
AP US History.. luckily the dbq was the easiest one that i have done all year
To qualify for credit-hours, you must take the AP exam and get a certain grade on it (ranges from 1-5, 1 being the lowest). Qualifying for credit-hours depend on the college you're applying to.
What AP exams are you guys taking? I'm going to take the Computer Science A exam on Tuesday
AP US History
Luckily the DBQ was really easy this year
