With all the publicity it was given, you would think it would pass for sure

Wouldn't it more likely be all the dispensaries / growers? They'd lose their business, basically. Plus I remember reading that only licensed dispensaries could sell it, and only a few dispensaries had a license because it was $100,000 a year. (I think...)

according to the results sites only around 70% of the votes are in, why is everyone certain of its failure? though i guess it still is only at 45%. what a shitty day.
