JESUS CHRIST THIS THREAD
I fucking remember them all.
Zone-tan was my hero.
Meet and fuck
That bullshit hard sleeping girl game
Tanks
Madness
Holyshit I need to play these all again
Not entirely sure if it counts as a flashgame (I think it does) but I used to play Eight Legged Freaks as a kid all the time on a website.
Also played the hell out of the Cartoon Network games. The pic posted above instantly made me go "holy shit" because it's so recognizable.

I've searched far and wide and I've yet to find even an archived link of it. :(
My favourites one are and have always been the Shattered Colony - Rebuild 2 - The Last Stand 2 trinity. Shattered Colony is pretty unknown but it's pretty great, try it out.

I just checked. More than a dozen were made last year. They're still being made.

I just powered through Rebuild 2 last night when the thread mentioned it. Its a great little city sim + zombie survival game without needless complexity.

I'm not sure of the engine the Steam version runs on but I don't think it's Flash.
ahh i remember the good of days of gprime.net, many days wasted playing interactive buddy and madness interactive
speaking of madness interactive, anyone remember matrixrayne? that site used to be the SHIT, just filled with M:I mods that would turn the game into like halo or give it new features and shit, my first exposure to a game with a real modding scene

it doesn't work anymore, there's nothing to run it with iirc
shockwave is dead and buried, any site you will find it on it just won't load

Shit, so many of my favorite games were those early 3D shockwave games, shame to hear that I'll see them again.

for anyone just starting, remember to buy upgrades (power, bat hitbox, and speed in descending order)
Nah dude. The reason this game blew up in the first place was because people didn't even know you can buy upgrades, which made the game look impossible. This is my favorite flash game post-childhood primarily because of the community around it back when it was big (/v/ still does threads from time to time)
Play it with no upgrades and see how far you can go. I made it to Christopher Robin before I realized that the story of David and Goliath is, and always will be, only a story.
Hey I'm not sure if this counts as warez or abandonware since they deleted the games off lego.com but if anyone wants to play Junkbot again, download part 3 of this pack: http://biomediaproject.com/bmp/lmp/games/
It also has a full list of the games here if you want it: http://biomediaproject.com/bmp/lmp/games/lego-game-archive-contents/
If this isn't allowed, I'll remove the links but I just thought I'd help someone get their nostalgia like I am.
time to get frustrated
Does anyone remember The Heist 1 and 2? those were the shit

Amazing.
kitten cannon was my shit, it was the only flash game not blocked at my school

This whole franchise was my shit.

Johnny Rocketfingers was my jam when I was younger.
The creator did a Kickstarter for episode 3 which failed, so he's shelved the character and moved on, which blows. Honestly I think he could've gotten the money he needed if the Kickstarter got press.
He raised 30k but the goal was 88k.
Most of my time in middle school was spent playing Madness Interactive, and all the modded versions. Also Thing Thing Arena was the shit.
Oh my god thank you, I couldn't ever find the interactive one again no matter how much I searched. I for the life of me could never think to use interactive while searching for it. :v:
It's so obvious, god I'm a moron.
Anyone remember Armed with Wings? Well late last year, a remake of the first game was released onto Steam for $7.99. It's really good and very fluid, with plenty of weapons to play with. Also D-Sun released the trial version on Newgrounds if you want to try it out to see what it's like: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/682880
Any of you guys remember that shitty lego "mmo" where you try to manage a sort of extreme racing car by buying items and upgrades to bypass obstacles while trying to outpace another race but it was mostly RNG-based because the races were automated?
