I found out about the orange box through that 2D portal flash game. Flash games are basically the reason I got in to TF2 and as a result, facepunch. Maaaaaaaaan
Nothing dates a game more than being topical. Who remembers Go Saddam Go?

mobile games are the new "flash games" they're riddled with shady microtransactions and ads sure but all flash game sites has tons of ads too as the tech wasn't there yet for in-game monetization (I remember physically mailing a $20 bill from Australia to Artix for an Adventure Quest guardian account because my parents didn't have a credit card)
Played this one a lot when I was young, good shit
Interesting to realize that what I thought were incredibly niche dumbfun online games were actually enjoyed by tonnes of other people in this very community. It's a good feeling.
(Armor Mayhem theme) [t]http://ahkong.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/armor-mayhem-01.jpg[/t] Much later but still really good flash game in terms of mechanics and sound. So many of the flash games here were key points in my childhood I feel in terms of getting me into gaming. The fact that so many other people here played them is really hitting hard on the old nostalgia bone for some reason. Other really good ones imo include: [t]http://www.symphonyofspecters.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/road-of-the-dead-promo-1.jpg[/t] Sequel was waay too complicated and quite frankly not very good but the original was as always imo a really fucking good flash game. [t]http://twotowersgames.com/screenshots/rebuild-zombie/rebuild-zombie-screenshot1.jpg[/t] The sequel Rebuild 2 was mentioned in the video (or atleast shown). Wasn't playing flash games when the sequel hit but the original (shown) left me with nightmares for weeks for some reason just as Road of the Dead did. And finally, hail to the king baby: [t]http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s64/Pieproductions/Picture18.png[/t] Dust. The game that never seemed to die (and neither did that weird Japanese Dan-Ball site either...) Other notable stuff I feel like mentioning is The Impossible Quiz which still tops "Not Doppler" to this day for some reason, the penguin slide games, etc. Also, I feel like flash videos should be mentioned here too. Part of what helped me find out about flash in the earliest of days was going on Funny Junk and seeing EddsWorld Zombeh Attack (1 through nation. Also lead me into being a fan of Eddsworld), that WAR! animation, and the mean strawberry.
Maybe some day...
I remember playing funbrain in school. I kept getting frustrated when I couldn't move forward in the board game because a game wasn't out yet. To this day still I think the game's not finished.
One of my favorite flash games I'll always miss. I can't remember the name of it I only remember you played in medieval times, fought in dungeons killed the usual monsters and looted better gear. It was a side-scrolling brawler. If I could find it I would play the crap out of it again and again! But if I remember correctly they updated it with multiplayer features so it's likely gone now. Flash games were great for school computer labs.
After a few hours of searching I finally found it. AdventureQuest on battleon. It's still up too. Oh the nostalgia...
After a few hours of searching I finally found it. AdventureQuest on battleon. It's still up too. Oh the nostalgia...
Adventure Quest got me into MechQuest by the same guys. Which stole a lot of my time. So did AQ actually. Wonder if my old account works.
After a few hours of searching I finally found it. AdventureQuest on battleon. It's still up too. Oh the nostalgia...
A few hours? You just have to search AdventureQuest. Oh that's sad.
Adventure Quest got me into MechQuest by the same guys. Which stole a lot of my time. So did AQ actually. Wonder if my old account works.
Oh my the memories. Holy shit my account is still active!
Oh my the memories. Holy shit my account is still active!
I played a lot of AQ, and MotherLoad on xgenstudios As soon as I'm at home on a shitty old computer that can run flash and Shockwave ima try to login. I bet I remember my awful password
I still know my account credentials for all of the Artix Ent. games up to the first mmo they made. :v: Mechquest was my favorite. Too bad it was the one they gave the least attention to of the first three games.
anyone here ever play runescape off of miniclip back in the day?
Recently revisited Motherload, the ending of that game is so fucking weird. [sp]you dig to hell and it turns out your boss was cyborg Satan all along, so you fight him, kill him, inherit his company and sell his body parts for money[/sp]
Oh my the memories. Holy shit my account is still active!
so I have no idea why my name is that, or why I am a premium member. I definitely never paid into this game because I was a poor child. [editline]15th January 2017[/editline] what the fuck am I and how did I get so much gold and who is that floating person. Oh my god what is this game
Holy shit dude, you bought so many Z tokens
I swear to god I never put any money into this game. I have no idea how I got here. [editline]15th January 2017[/editline] I also have no idea what I'm doing. I have a paladin armor, a werewolf armor, and like 12 more sets of armor and weapons. They all seem to kinda suck though? Enemies have 5k health and my weapons do 10-25 damage.
If I had to guess I would say that your account was hacked for whatever reason and some dipwitt used it for some time.
Oh my the memories. Holy shit my account is still active!
I should go check out mine as well, always got the plunger for an early leg-up.
Hey I'm not sure if this counts as warez or abandonware since they deleted the games off lego.com but if anyone wants to play Junkbot again, download part 3 of this pack: http://biomediaproject.com/bmp/lmp/games/ It also has a full list of the games here if you want it: http://biomediaproject.com/bmp/lmp/games/lego-game-archive-contents/ If this isn't allowed, I'll remove the links but I just thought I'd help someone get their nostalgia like I am.
Chromes gives a malware alert?
Chromes gives a malware alert?
Mine doesn't. The site and the stuff I've downloaded so far haven't triggered anything.
JESUS CHRIST THIS THREAD I fucking remember them all. Zone-tan was my hero. Meet and fuck That bullshit hard sleeping girl game Tanks Madness Holyshit I need to play these all again
Orgasm Girl? A friend told me heh.
You guys remember Nitrome? Those games had better pixel art than almost all of the pixel art games on steam, and they were free, too! [editline]16th January 2017[/editline] Games like Hot Air, Frost Bite, and Feed Me which were also on Miniclip, those were fucking great. [t]http://www.kayotix.com/images/news/nitrome/hotair2/hotair2.jpg[/t][t]http://images.jayisgames.com/frostbite.gif[/t][t]http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/nitrome/images/8/8e/Feed_Me_Ending.png/revision/latest?cb=20120325010719[/t] [editline]16th January 2017[/editline] I Especially remember Toxic [t]http://cdn.nitrome.com/images/blog/toxic2_shot_2.jpg[/t] The game over screen freaked me out as a grade schooler!
Cartoon Network had some pretty great flash games back in the day played the shit out of that, only ever learned about it because people said edd removes his hat in it
Chronotron was my jam back in the day. Still haven't seen a lot of puzzle games like it.
I still play flash games.
i remember moving from flash games to cracking random games from reflective arcade, gameshouse, popcap, big fish and such. So many arkanoid type games I think magic ball and ricochet were the best.
Does anyone remember that Flash RPG Sonny? I loved that game.
