Same, I also remember Real Arcade and all the random shit I used to download just to get more 1 hour trials. Also Final Drive Nitro and a couple of other wildtangent games played a large part in getting me to build my own pc.

There was this 2d space game I remember, it was weird because IIRC I think it was paid game. But everytime you died you'd either be put into another ship or swapped to the next level, as a different faction.

One them had weird red/pink looking ships, looked fleshy and the other one looks like generic sci-fi ships.
