Don't start with all that stateless and opression free bullshit... its not gonna happen and it doesn't work capitalism is a hundred times better because it fosters an environment in which everybody has the chance to succeed. Fuck in communism if you're stuck in the commune piece of land, you're not getting out.
yes that's why most of the world's population is left in the third world
Communism can never work on a national scale, and we've seen living proof of that. Capitalism may not be perfect, but it's the best we've got.
Communism can never work on a national scale, and we've seen living proof of that. Capitalism may not be perfect, but it's the best we've got.
That is a complete load of shit and has nothing to do with this thread.
How come the when a leader goes against the interests of a selected few he's having a bullet piercing his brain but when he acts against the interest of everyone he can walk out on the street without so much as a person yelling obscenities at him? Just look at John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Abraham Lincoln, Jesus then we have Hitler, Kim Jong Il, Castro. What the fuck
Kim Jong il is so adorable. how is castro working against the interests of everyone?

[editline]11:58PM[/editline]
how is castro working against the interests of everyone?
He keeps people in poverty and even if you're a doctor you make little money, how do you not know this? [editline]12:01AM[/editline] Granted Hitler was surrounded by people who loved him at all times but even then I haven't even read of a failed assassination attempt.
Everyone in Cuba hates him, you'd go to jail for talking shit about him.
Not really... you've never been there, have you? and by the way, sparky, there's plenty of dissenting journalists running about cuba untouched.
He keeps people in poverty and even if you're a doctor you make little money, how do you not know this?
Because I don't buy into the utter cold war nonsense you do?

And its been in the news on how Cubans would risk their lives by secretly sailing out to sea in makeshift boats to reach Florida.

And Yeah the 70 have come and passed then whats the deal with that kid that lost his mom and dad whilst floating to the US? When he got to Florida they ripped him from his uncle's hands and sent him back to Cuba. This happened around the year 2000, sparky. But the fact that you're poor as fuck doesn't make it any easier.
My ex is from south korea, she lived somewhat near the border. Once went to see it, the NK guards fired "warning" shots in her group's general vicinity. :ohdear:
hmm, I didn't hear much retaliation with the PATRIOT act.
How does a law for the US affect the Cuban government's way of working? Oh and I heard this was enacted after 9/11, you know back when everyone was scared of terrorism. A perfect time to push out laws under the guise of a safer country
How does a law for the US affect the Cuban government's way of working?
you're saying inaction to injustice means the whole country is fucked. there was a lot of inaction to a lot of things bush did.
You could leave, just as well as a person can leave a ghetto. But the fact that you're poor as fuck doesn't make it any easier.
you don't seem to realize that most of the country is poor because of how isolated the world has made them. remember that massive fucking blockade set up?
Everyone in Cuba hates him, you'd go to jail for talking shit about him.
not they don't. cubans overwhelmingly support castro, shown by the large audience that arrives he makes a speech, the counter-demonstrations to the US-funded protests of groups like the women in white, and his constant re-election.
He keeps people in poverty and even if you're a doctor you make little money, how do you not know this
yes, he keeps the people poor with the power of his mind because he is the spawn of the devil cuba is poor because it lost its biggest trading partner and the US enforces a crippling embargo on it.
http://www.amazon.com/Under-Loving-Care-Fatherly-Leader/dp/0312322216 that book owns really hard and is all about north korea, read up shitbirds.

And who made that blockade?
Looking at pictures of NK just makes me depressed. It looks like the color has been drained away from there. Actually, it reminds me of The Langoliers.
The bill was passed shortly after 9/11 when everyone was scared of terrorism, the bill had alot to do with with the US gathering information on foreign countries, does it help the bill pass if its part of a bill called the "anti-terrorism act"? Really guys, there is no perfect system, Capitalism is Dog eat Dog competitive, with families competing for top position, which is why families could live in two parts of town, but one is rich and one is poor. This should be blatantly obvious. On topic: I want to go to NK and try to spread rebellious ideas and cause a storm in the country. Would be funny.
The bill was passed shortly after 9/11 when everyone was scared of terrorism, the bill had alot to do with with the US gathering information on foreign countries, does it help the bill pass if its part of a bill called the "anti-terrorism act"? Regardless most of the cuban people I know came in planes and weren't at all poor in cuba, yet they still hate Castro. Hell, my spanish teacher was happy whenever she heard castro died.
also under the loving care of the fatherly leader is a good book. anyone interested in north korea should read it.
So your saying if alot of people go to your speech you're not that bad, then I guess by those standards Hitler was an allright guy.
you're an idiot. hitler rode on sentiments already in the making, castro created them and earned his support. also the fact that cubans still support castro through hard times and through generations only proves their support of the revolution. also i like how you just ignored everything else in that bit. nothing to say about them?
Regardless most of the cuban people I know came in planes and weren't at all poor in cuba, yet they still hate Castro. Hell, my spanished teacher was happy whenever she heard castro died.
I don't really care what cuban exiles have to say about castro. They believe whatever they are told about the country. you do realize the cuban revolution was a popular uprising, right? nationalism was just as much involved as communism was. fidel castro wasn't even a communist until later on, he was a cuban nationalist.
Is that title satirical or serious?
It's still active today... what are you talking about? uh, American's
No shit its still active. What was the cause of the blockade in the first place?
So your saying if alot of people go to your speech you're not that bad, then I guess by those standards Hitler was an allright guy. I think you're bullshitting.
No shit its still active. What was the cause of the blockade in the first place?
the US losing its little tourist sandbox and colony to popular revolt
Reminds me of Evil Genius. Without the volcano base.
