At first I just kind of laughed at North Korea, but I'm kind of sad for North Koreans now. Being stuck in a prison camp for generations is not fun.

You people really should know how horrific that place is. Its worst than pre-war Iraq with a leader more insane than Saddom Hussien. South Korea has become a wonderful country and has modernized. North Korea is one of the most poor countries on Earth. Just look at 'Earth at Night', a poster that shows the world's lights at night. North Korea's capital only shows up.

Pre-war Iraq was safer but was a hell of a lot less free. Post-war Iraq has a lot more political freedom but is a hell of a lot less safe. Safety or Freedom? Take your pick. Hell 1930s Germany and 1960s China were very "safe" and didn't have much crime. But what's the point if you ultimately have so few freedoms? Anyway back on topic, I just watched the whole VBS series on North Korea and goddamn. It's just depressing to watch. I could never go on a visit to NK because I would probably be arrested within the first 5 minutes for not kissing glorious leader's butt enough.

Makes me sick how badly these people are brainwashed. Hopefully that pancreatic cancer does a favor for that country.

I watched that video series, it was disgusting. That waitress had been waiting 10 months for a customer? I'd heard about the preparing food for invisible guests thing, but to see it shows how sad the entire situation really is.
