It's made in Germany, it's gotta be good.
Civil War had more US deaths than any other war. Nobody gives a damn, however I find it very interesting.
Head on charges that left thousands dead aren't as strategically appealing as small units flanking and capturing bunkers
lOl nAzIi geRmans r gay N stuf lol xD xXDD
I loved the Nazi Uniforms too. They just looked so smart.
Much better than the British and US uniforms which resembled gravy.
The Soviet Union were even worse than the Nazis

I hate when people act like the Soviet Union was so great and all. They were just as bad as the Germans at the time and the only reason they aren't portrayed this way is because "The enemy of my enemy is my friend".
Stalin and his cult was evil, certainly, but not the common Soviet soldiers trying to drive out the German soldiers, the majority of whom had devolved into a bunch of marauding thugs and murderers. Stalin wasn't actually well liked in the country, which was readily apparent when the Ukranians welcomed approaching Germans with open arms. And guess how the Germans treated them.
They did commit some heinous acts when they got to Germany, yes, but for the most part they viewed as eye for an eye punishment, which was promptly contained by higher ranking officers.
On a side note, neither of these groups compared to the band of destitute rapists and murderers in Japan that dared to call themselves an army.
I think if anything I hold more disgust towards Japan, although I still feel extreme respect for the men who fought the later battles in the Pacific (like Iwo-Jima).
And also, I hold much respect (and sadness) for the German Wehrmacht, so many people fought and died for a cause they felt unjust.
My uncle was a soldier in the regular German army not a nazi during WW2 because he was forced to. As soon as he could he came to america with my grandma. He just died 2 years ago and he was the nicest man you'd ever meet.
Cause they had cool uniform and one of the most powerful armies in the world. I am russian btw.
I'm pretty sure the germans were brainwashed. People were really stupid back in the 1920s.
"Hi, I have a time machine, I know how everything was long ago. Hitler was killed by his dog and Stalin had a jetpack."
I personally think all the Nazis still alive should not be prosecuted.
My school had an SS officer come into my history class for Q n' A and everyone was pretty chill... He didn't break out in the middle of class and raise his hand and go heil hitler or any shit like that.
Let me think.
The SS carried out alot of horrible orders despite the fact they were excellent soldiers, the Volksgrenadiers (People's Army) didn't commit any large war crimes because those divisions were made up of teens, men deemed not fit for duty such as recovering wounded servicemen and the elderly, the Wehrmacht were the unified armies of Nazi Germany which had different sub groups of command such as OKW and OKH and did commit some war crimes but of course soldiers and generals did disagree with their views on Jews, Russian POW's etc causing acts such as the July 20 Plot (A failed attempt to kill Hitler.)
So basically:
SS: Mostly Bad/Evil
Volksgrenadier: Not bad/evil
Volksstrum (Very similar to Volksgrenadier): Not bad/evil
So overall the German Soldiers were not evil but the Schutzstaffel (SS) were very evil but of course there were expections such as the Waffen-SS who didn't commit any war crimes relating to the Holocaust but some Waffen SS divisions did commit other war crimes. So you shouldn't call all German WW2 Veterans evil.
I love playing as the germans! bad-fucking ass
Demonized by media.
That is all.
There's a certain ethnicity that is very preeminent in media.

What about the Heer, Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine?
