What is your favorite type of music? - General

Definitely all sorts of punk rock, from acoustic punk to crust punk. I love it all, also rock / metal... Anything Black Label Society and Motorhead is my thing. Love 'em. I love all sorts of music though, I have a taste for everything when it comes to music. Just can't stand dubstep and country.

Ska/Reggae/DnB/Classical/Folk/Soft Rock it's a very close neck-neck competition in my head

I mostly like rock, any kind. I'm listening to The Pixies at the moment. I also like some hip-hop and stuff, Odd Future in particular.

Jazz as a whole leads for me. But given I've heard Jazz combined with every other (sub)genre I don't really know if simply liking the entire Jazz genre can count as its own entity anymore. Maybe it would be more accurate to say I like everything -- but the Jazz variants more than any other.

I like electro-experimental-industrial stuff, jazz, electro-darkwave-synth-pop crap, rave-breaks, breakcore and punk.

Country, Rythem, rock, and some rap from the 90's.

I like rock and alt rock, I think I'm not good with genres. My playlist is mostly made up of Jimmy Eat World, they're rock as far as I can tell (and they also classify them selves as a rock band).

I listen to a variety of different genres. I'd have to say I lean more towards rock, punk-rock, and some blues. I like some hip-hop and metal too. I love the 90's grunge stuff. Edit: Is there a "Post Your Playlist Thread"?

Trance, Progressive and a little bit of house (varies on my mood). But mainly Trance.

post-rock and post-punk are probably the ones I listen to the most but i quite like electronic and ambient too
