It seems pretty clear to me that whether or not he was in the girls bathroom is irrelevant as he was still in a section of the bar he was not allowed to be in and instead of just leaving and waiting somewhere else when asked he gets a fucking attitude. This leads to a scuffle where HE puts the security guard in a head lock and it's at this point where his complaint that HE is put in a headlock doesn't matter because he, as far as we can tell, instigated the physical contact. And then of course there is his claim that he was not violent which is easily disproved by the video and by the way it also seems clear to me that he threw a glass and not a water bottle.
