Huh, it has a scope on it in the picture, but I don't see the reviewers saying anything about it...
It doesn't come with it, it's just for looks.
If you don't feel like waiting you can always get this if you don't mind the extra length/weight, it's just as good as the JG(to my knowledge), has a fiberglass body instead of plastic, and is on sale apparently.
I think they're withholding an awful lot of information. What mm. bearings is the gear box ect. It worries me that they brag about "Metal Charging Handle & Metal Hop-up Unit". They make it sound like the gearbox and maybe even the gears(?) is made of plastic?
no gold, no laser sight, no tiger stripes, its crap

Thanks guys, I've already made my decision. I'll ask questions in the custom forum for now on.

http://evike.com/ Jing Gong Echo 1 (re branded JG stuff) classic army Are good starter brands.

Airsoft is for pussies..grow a pair and buy a firearm..
Airsoft is for pussies..grow a pair and buy a firearm..
1. Unless he lives in certain states in the US, this isn't possible. 2. You can't go play war with your friends with real guns (well, I guess you could).

And there are some other countries where liberal bull shit hasn't swept over the nation..

I would recommend a AEG. [editline]12:49AM[/editline]
Actually it's legal to buy a firearm in all 50 states. ^ Actually if you read it it is 60M range and 370fps
Fair enough but you didn't answer #2.
So play call of duty, god damn.
^ Actually if you read it it is 60M range and 370fps
Thats with .12 bb's though. If you get shot by one of those you won't feel it and they are not accurate. Generally, people use .2 or .25 bb's with don't shoot as far but are much more accurate. And, fps doesn't effect range that much. I've seen an upgraded sniper rifle shooting 350+ feet with 200 fps. [editline]12:53AM[/editline]
So play call of duty, god damn.
Why? I would rather play outside with my friends then sit in my basement by myself. And airsoft =/= call of duty.
Yeah fuck airsoft. I'm going to buy a real gun and fire at some targets. Who cares about having fun.
So play call of duty, god damn.
Airsoft is the whole reason why I don't play Call of Duty. And to the OP, if ever you do pop into the custom forum, DON'T whatever you do piss off BlueSaint. [editline]08:25PM[/editline] And don't forget to revere Ender and Timebomb as gods.
seriously, this isnt a thread to rip on airsoft, if you dont like it gtfo, the kid asked for advice on a gun not a life change in what is cool
Get a Classic Army, Echo 1, or G&G. Basically those are some nice starter brands. I have the M15A4 from classic army, and it is good, over 400fps and a high rate of fire. The SCAR looks legit from CA to. G&G has the UMP, and that is sexy.
JG was raided by china police.
That was AGM not JG....I think
CP99 Compact is the cheapest good airsoft gun in existence... IMO.
The best gun I've found is this: http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?products_id=23921 Get this if you really want to get started.
Generally my rule of thumb is that if it costs half as much as a real gun it's not worth it. Ideally no more than 200-300$, they have the 1,200$ Systemas which I think is a total waste of money and then they have exotic shit like miniguns but those are woefully impractical for actual skirmishes. Besides which you can get an excellent JG for ~100$.
I suggest something by HFC their durable and relatively cheap too.
Get a paintball gun
That was AGM not JG....I think
All the Chinese companies were raided by police. I've spent around $800 on my G&G M14.
Posting in this thread as I have no reason to make a thread of my own. I live in canada, so Airsoft GI is out for me. I found www.007airsoft.com, a canadian airsoft retailer. Many of the guns are only available to the military due to retardedly strict laws, but I found one that I'm looking at getting: http://www.007airsoft.com/products/htm/aeg-gg-m16.htm second one down on that page. Yes, I know it's expensive, but that's because I'm Canadian. Is that a decent gun?
