First, you need to gain the clients. Go around offer a low price lawn cutting solution.
You need packages. What scheme you set up, thats up to you. But offer more services. People LOVE choices. At first you're going to have to do the lawns on your own.. till you make enough money for your next expansion.
Now its time to hire 2 workers. You will supervise them. If you're in the USA, mexicans make an excellent outsource option. Low price, high efficiency, low-medium quality.
After that point, still gain more clients mind you. Its time for you to expand into getting the admin/clerical side of your business. Hire a few more outsourced contractors. offer a payment and scheduling scheme for your clients now; also at this point try to acquire commercial contracts. Keep in mind, residential is shit. Commercial is win.
So now that we got all the fundimentals started up, this is the time to sell more contracts and expand. Remember to push your employees to 110%. So over schedule. If you went with the illegal option, make sure they supplied you with social security, and have now filled out the proper taxation forms. Not to mention, you must do this as well. I hope you shoved your employees on a 1044 employment, and you have an LLC business license.
Keep in mind, you must buy equipment. Renting will be more costly in the end.
Renting = Short Term, Low cost. Long term, High cost.
Buying = Short term, high cost. Long term, low cost. Immediate: Freedom of control of all your equipment.
Outsourcing = Just too good. But keep this later!
Employees
Keep your "workers" contractors. Why? Because you don't have to pay for benefits and all that shit. I believe a contractor can work under one person for atleast 1 year till be classified as a "employee".
Your clerical should be salaried to push them OT without pushing extra $$$. Your low clerical (Telephone ops, receptionist etc) should be hourly. $10 max unless your net income is atleast 1M.
Don't forget, you're going to need a mechanic and an operations center at some point.
Remember, expansion is key!

I would say mow some lawns, just keep what your doing untill your 15 or 16 then you could work at your local 7/11 / Supermarket.

You already do that, though. So mow more lawns. Mow every lawn.
learn to play guitar and go play on the side of the street, I do that and usually make $40-50 a week.

I just do Fiverr gigs. around 10$ a day. I also have a job that pays 60$ every 2 weeks on there as well. Plus a survey guy I hooked up with who pays me around 5$ for doing 5 of those surveys. All of that is my private gaming funds so perhaps look into fiverr.

Just find something you like doing and find a job that would require you to do that. (This is more helpful if you have more job choices though)
