almost any form of exercise is good exercise?
even if you get scammed and pay 100000$ for 8 videos that you work out too, if you do as the videos say you're more than likely still going to lose the weight.
not really, anybody can make a fad diet or workout and most of them don't actually do what they promise to do
if you want to lose weight, do something thats actually physical and demanding, not some bullshit workout where you look like a tosser
these workouts don't work and just waste your time

most if not all of the workouts in that are physically demanding though.

I don't necessarily see how the video I posted makes you look like a tosser or isn't effective. Half of them are practically common sets.

There are some work-outs that just bullshit you and demand money and promise a perfect body in return, but not all of them are like that, and I don't see why you would think that the one above is.
There are some work-outs that just bullshit you and demand money and promise a perfect body in return, but not all of them are like that, and I don't see why you would think that the one above is.
Because
There are some work-outs that just bullshit

Because
But it's free, why would they try to fool you? Do you really think someone would just go on the internet and tell lies if it isn't atleast funny?
most if not all of the workouts in that are physically demanding though.
but they don't make the body more feminine, a lot of your build is determined by your genetics and can't really be changed through simple exercise
but they don't make the body more feminine, a lot of your build is determined by your genetics and can't really be changed through simple exercise
I'd love to see this research.
Don't see how this is dumb. I want to see Sobotnik's research that its impossible for workouts to shape your body in a more feminine way/that this workout is BS.
But it's free, why would they try to fool you? Do you really think someone would just go on the internet and tell lies if it isn't atleast funny?
you'd be surprised
secondly, people can give false information whilst genuinely believing in it
these adverts about "exercise that feminizes you" or "build muscle FAST" or "reduce wrinkles, doctors hate her!!!!" are bullshit in the end
You can't exactly dismiss the workout as not working if you haven't tried it. Different workouts do different things. P90X, for example, builds muscles quickly because it's rigorous workouts every day (for 3 months) in new places of your body. That way the muscles in these areas never have time to get used to what you're doing. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this workout actually does help trim certain key spots in your body to give you a more feminine looking body.
And most of the comments say they've experienced good results after a month or two.
Just showed this to my girl. She said she'll give it a go
I'd love to see this research.
uhm, if you grew up as a male, your bones can't really be changed
uhm, if you grew up as a male, your bones can't really be changed
Not that.
Your research that states there's no way a workout can give you a more feminine look.
Even guys can have a good ass
I said she doesn't need to do the whole thing just for the fun of it
A couple squats a day or something are enough
Not that.
Your research that states there's no way a workout can give you a more feminine look.
uh, the burden of proofs on you
i'm not here to prove a negative dear
There are ways to sculpt your body more femininely, but typically they're based around first letting a good portion of muscle mass break-down by maintaining a low protein diet, and then toning them out into something more lean and feminine. Some spot-targeting exercises can make a good amount of difference, but it's mostly to do with the distribution of your fat and muscle.
You also cannot change your bone structure, but bone structure has less to do with shape than many girls thing. For example it's certainly possible for most girls to trim down their shoulders and chests to some degree.
I'm already skin and bones.
uh, the burden of proofs on you

You know just as well as anyone else that certain workouts attack certain parts of your body correct? If I did nothing but lift weights for 6 months then I would lose the fat on my arms/upper body and it would be replaced with muscle. But everything from the stomach down would still be fat. This same idea applies to sculpting your body to be more feminine. It helps trim your stomach, tone your ass, flatten and tone your stomach, waist, etc so it gives it a more hourglass look (similar to a thin cis-girls body).
To put it simply: The workout is designed to focus on key areas to lose weight and tone so you work on those areas exclusively. They tell you to combine it with eating and right and cardio so you lose weight normally while also putting extra effort in these areas to sculpt your body. And HRT, in theory, should also help this.

Now this is what I'm talking about. This is what you guys should have been doing instead of just saying, "its bullshit, ur dumb and wrong im right" and do your sperglord dumb spam crap.
[editline]asdllad[/editline]
Thanks for helping reinforcing my point, Chickens, Dori, and Sobotnik. ;)

this is because you dont do any research and pretend to know things about human anatomy
this is because you dont do any research and pretend to know things about human anatomy
You expect people to believe anything you have to say when you only spout, "Its bullshit," without giving any evidence? How can you think just repeating the same word without explaining or providing any evidence is going to make people listen to you? How is that going to help people learn?
C'mon now. Use your brain.
If a kid thinks the sky is green then me saying, "You're fucking stupid it's not" isn't going to make his brain realize it's blue.
this is because you dont do any research and pretend to know things about human anatomy
so why dont you actually show her something that says she's wrong like pudding did instead of saying "nope you're wrong" and expecting everyone to just believe what you say as 100% fact.
so why dont you actually show her something that says she's wrong like pudding did instead of saying "nope you're wrong" and expecting everyone to just believe what you say as 100% fact.
because the burden of proof is on them to prove it works
the fact that they are clueless about how the body works is somewhat disturbing
because the burden of proof is on them to prove it works

um
instead of doing some stupid "burden of proof" shit like its a fucking debate why dont you be nice and think "oh this person doesn't know this, i should show them something about it so that they are further informed"
you know because it kind of rocks to not be an asshole and just explain something to someone without trying to feel fucking superior to them.
because the burden of proof is on them to prove it works

If you're trying to debate with someone and make them understand you're side then it's your responsibility to provide evidence to support your claims. If you can't be assed to do so then you honestly shouldn't be debating.
Calling someone stupid doesn't help either.

or we can not debate and just have this be a thread for people who are either crossdressers or some form of transgender???
god this isn't some fucking club, go to mass debate if you want to debate. just fucking be nice to each other instead of turning it into a goddamn argument
If you're trying to debate with someone and make them understand you're side then it's your responsibility to provide evidence to support your claims. If you can't be assed to do so then you honestly shouldn't be debating.

Right but you needed to provide evidence for your claims.
Right but you needed to provide evidence for your claims.
Or you could have just replied to my video and just say, "Actually spot training doesn't work here's some evidence."
Yeesh.
Aren't most of these workout things usually bullshit?
Well yeah I posted this, I didn't see why you had to jump up about it and defend this nonsense.
