I never watched Adventure Time, but that was pretty cool.
adventure time is literally the best
From what I've seen most of that show is complete shit
Not talking to you ever again.
Not talking to you ever again.
To each his/her own I guess...
What? how?
forgot to reply to this but yeah
basically its your first initial followed by your last name.
It used to be j.casper@whatever.epsb.ca but changing my preferred name at school, technically they're not allowed to but the IT techs gave me a new user, so instead its c.casper@whatever.epsb.ca.
naturally it also changes your name to that and since the old ones are inactive I have to use that one, and sooo since we had to share a presentation they obviously found out.
Wow, that was really deep. From what I've seen most of that show is complete shit but that was, just, wow.
Actually it seems like the writers have been wanting to tackle a lot of deep things with the 4th Season.
Princess Cookie - Gender Identity/Transgenderism
Princess Monster Wife - Depression associated with Self-Body Image
You Made Me - Asperger's Syndrome
The Hard Easy - Comfort in sexuality (As in, so comfortable and secure with being straight that gay things don't disgust you when you or someone else does it to you)
I Remember You - Alzheimer's Disease/Dementia
[editline]asljdlk[/editline]
Also, fun fact, this was the guy who voiced Princess Cookie.

Ah yes.
That actor guy.
Turk.
I found that episode to be really deep to me, because I imagine that most of us feel this way, to an extent. In any case, I have a friend who hosts HD versions of that on unlisted videos. Here's the episode in HD.

and if you want to watch every single episode, you can head Here.
I'm not really seeing the connection myself, bit of a stretch tbh.
It's like saying Gulliver's travels is actually a political satire.
I dunno why but I watched the whole thing and it was pretty obvious

How exactly is it a stretch? Doesn't at all seem like a stretch to me. The cookie wanted to be a princess so badly that he got into a bad situation which only ended up with him being hurt. Parallels the whole transgender thing quite well.

How not?
Baby-Snaps wanted to be a princess when she grew up. To her, that sounded perfectly normal and natural. And when she told her hero that she wanted to be a princess and her hero laughed at her, it broke her. This is similar to the humiliation and rejection we experience all the time. How what we like is considered freakish, silly, and weird because "Boys aren't supposed to like that kind of thing."
There's even the point when she believes she will never be a real princess, but thanked Jake for making her feel like a princess for just a few seconds. And then the near suicide attempted. That's pretty obvious that it's referencing the dysphoria we experience and how we'll always feel like fakes.
Sure, at first it could be seen as maybe just tackling gender roles, saying it's ok for boys to be girls and vice versa. But I think the whole "I'll never be a real princess," and the suicide was clear as day a tackle on gender dysphoria.
Also, I just realized that after coming to terms about my transgenderism I've been biting my nails less and less to the point of not at all! I've bitten my nails since I was 5 or something.

someone else with that annoying habit!
There were also other subtle hints like Jake wanting to be a mailman. The princess telling him that she "can't really see this working" and how he doesn't look like a mailman.
Switch 'mailman' with 'man' or 'woman', and there you go.
[sp]I might be over-analysing this, but whatever[/sp]
I've had that happen to me once with someone I came out to before, and I know for sure that a lot of others had that too.
someone else with that annoying habit!
Yup, same habit here as well.
But Gulliver's travels is political satire.
But Gulliver's travels is political satire.
But this isn't about Gulliver's Travels now is it?
But this isn't about Gulliver's Travels now is it?
No, but it's a nice book.
No, but it's a nice book.
I've only seen the movie with Jack Black.
No, but it's a nice book.
that's irrelevant, what is your point here?
I've only seen the movie with Jack Black.
It's not a very good movie imo.
It's not a very good movie imo.
It was in 3D. Instant classic.

maybe a stretch but whatever
Finally going to move in with my big brother, only temporary until I get my own place, but at least I'm finally out of my dad's transphobic house. Things were getting even worse the last few days.
And my big bro's gf gave me a pair of her boots, so nice of her, really loving them. <3
I'm getting ready to move, so excuse my terrible room.

Can be worn both knee-and thigh-high. :3
What the fuck? Faggot. Go to hell. God will punish you for this.
What the fuck? Faggot. Go to hell. God will punish you for this.
I know, it's unholy to even touch such footware, let alone wear it. What unchristian menace thought of making knee and thigh high boots into one.
May the lord protect us all from such hell forged boots.

Yup, one of the big ones: "Though shalt not wear 20/21st century women's apparel"
Jesus just facepalmed, hard. I hope you're happy. Between the crown of thorns, the nail, and your idiocy; you're responsible for spilling more of Christ's blood than a Parkinson's addled priest.
Looks like we have a new turd in the punch bowl.
Good times.
This might be a bit of a stretch, but is there any tutorial or some sorts on how to use nair if you're a guy? I tried using nair a week or so back and it didn't get all the hairs, only like 80%.. so my legs looked pretty bad, now that the hairs are coming back i'd like to give it another go... I followed the instructions, but obviously they're for women legs etc....
