This might be a bit of a stretch, but is there any tutorial or some sorts on how to use nair if you're a guy? I tried using nair a week or so back and it didn't get all the hairs, only like 80%.. so my legs looked pretty bad, now that the hairs are coming back i'd like to give it another go... I followed the instructions, but obviously they're for women legs etc....
They're the same instructions for either sex to be honest, if you miss stragglers you can reapply the cream and try again or use a razor/wax strip to mop them up.
You could shave the front of your legs with a razor or wax then finish off with nair on the back of your legs/hard to reach spots - at least that's what I use it for.
I know I sound like a wuss, but i'm honestly scared to death of shaving, I just know i'd mangle up my legs or something, I don't have much facial hair and it's a very light blonde, so I usually just run the trimmer over my face and it's near invisible.. I've never used a razor before and i'd rather keep it like that, because i'm really scared that i'll draw blood. I might look into wax strips...

No cuts, no tears, and useful generally all over.
I don't think I can keep up the masquerade for much longer.
Well what could be a good alternative to nair then....? other than shaving or waxing.
epilating
epilating
thank you sparkwire
Gonna have to go to Boots tomorrow. Gonna get me an epilator. Is it sutible for all-body shaving?
i was looking into getting a epilator but some of my friends said they dont work that well sometimes :(
Gonna have to go to Boots tomorrow. Gonna get me an epilator. Is it sutible for all-body shaving?
It doesn't shave, it rips the hairs out of the follicles. Thus they take about 2-3 weeks to regrow. Exfoliation is still a must though to prevent ingrowing hairs. It's painful depending on the pain tolerance of the person using it. I've got one but I can't stand using it, they also can cause issues with long term use if I remember correctly.
It rips the hairs though which damages them, you wont get a clean and smooth shave ever with one of those
My electric shaver has never ripped any of my hairs, what brand are you using?
im not using an electric razor but i saw a comparison picture about both of them and a normal razor had a much better imprint on your hairs :x
Well it depends a lot on how you shave. If you don't have much time a female electric razor is great, it's also useful for those hard to reach parts. Razors are okay if you have the time but your best shave will always be with a safety razor, you won't get a closer shave.
Uh oh, VIOLATION_SNG's brother has made a thread about her being a trans and asking what is wrong with her.
This nearly happened to me once, then I edited out all my posts and starting posting on an alt account. Effort.
I went to a makeup thingy at transactive the other day. I ended up feeling terrible and dysphoric and ugly and I hate my face and my acne and jesus christ I feel terrible
Uh oh, VIOLATION_SNG's brother has made a thread about her being a trans and asking what is wrong with her.
He doesn't seem to understand transgenderism at all.
-dumb post ignore this-

Ladies electric shavers are usually wet & dry (So you can use them in the shower) They don't take overly long to use once you get into a habit of using them and can be used on sensitive areas without causing cuts or pain. The effects of them only last a few days so you still have to shave regularly. Epilation can last for several days up to 2-3 weeks. Is painful (some say it gets less painful/easier after the first few times) and can be a bit awkward on sensitive areas. Really just read around and look at peoples reviews. Personally I prefer an electric shaver since I can do it quickly in the shower rather than having to use an epilator from the mains on the wall.
Hrmmm.. how much do those things cost..?
Epilators are usually £30-£60 some high end ones are £100+ Lady Shavers are roughly £30+ and vary a bunch based on brand.
Uh oh, VIOLATION_SNG's brother has made a thread about her being a trans and asking what is wrong with her.
It's not her brother. Violation doesn't have any siblings. It's her alt, and she's just attention whoring.
It's not her brother. Violation doesn't have any siblings. It's her alt, and she's just attention whoring.
Well that's good to know, I guess.
It's not her brother. Violation doesn't have any siblings. It's her alt, and she's just attention whoring.
What's the point of attention whoring like that? It only does shit like give the gmf more reason to mock her.

I'd suggest an electric shaver since you can use them on your face too (I wouldn't ever put an epilator to my face personally). I'll strike you a deal, pick up an electric shaver and if you find you don't like it, I'll reimburse you half the cost of what you paid for it.

I just shave using a disposable razor and every few days Nair. Works fine for me other than how often I have to still shave.
What's wrong with you people...
