I read the kotaku article, apparently they have some type of drinks that give them powers like plasmids, one was called "Murder of Crows" and the user could call in a swarm of blood thirsty crows to attack the enemy (kind of like insect swarm)

This game actual looks pretty interesting, I was sick and tired of dark and dank. I just hope it ain't the same shit all over again, plus I like the steampunch/cartoonish setting.
I sure hope we get some more steampunk and proper death-ray guns this time.
I see no reason as to why people think this will be a bad game. I mean this happens with just about all games that had a good first one. It's ruinied forever now because they "changed the atmosphere". It's a fucking teaser trailer, just let the devs work and read the reviews come out before buying it.
