Except the "hackers" admitted to it. And non-Xenon servers were being attacked. DoS attacks are very effective from only 1 computer if you have a nice multi-threaded CPU with a good program for it.

I know of a program which a guy sells for $20 which is connected to a botnet, he's set it up so it sends out mass packets.

Many people who meet me in real life say I'm extremely smart.
