Well hyyper vyyper, I had a problem similar to this when I ran a JKA server a while ago. Someone along the name of >>xXxT!g3rxXx<<, C0UG3R, and Rhyno. all part of a l33t t33m.
1. Call the ISP
2. Whatever it is to make reports, I went through to an employee
3. Tell them the problem, don't say, "I'm running a gaming server and someone keeps DoSing it from your ISP."
4. Give them the IP, and a timeframe of when it happened.
This was with a European IP, and the guy who did it had his service disconnected, or so I have been told.

From personal experience, he's a pretty cool guy, he actually tries to secure his servers, and so far shows to be much better than many hosting solutions I've seen/fucked-over.

Right, so the times I've been in skype with the two aforementioned people when they decide to randomly go off to raid a random dark RP server (Sometimes they call it a raid, others a trolling session) means they've been provoked, right? 90% of the time the server they choose to raid is one they've never been on, and thus haven't had any provoking at all from said server owner. Hell, waffle said himself what he does is ask for admin and just (D)DoS the server until he gets it, with mixed results. I bracketed the Distributed part because waffle supposedly has a botnet but this attack was just from 1 computer apparently.
As for Ludus, he's (according to waffle) waffle's stalker (hence the name RoflCereal) - Ludus' balls haven't dropped yet, he's very arrogant and very immature.
I kinda figured these two would be involved from the moment I entered the thread.
