And if the people phoning in from 4 chan or wherever they come from do so in large numbers I don't see why he can't setup a pay-to-call line and charge say $2 a phone call and 50 cents each minute. Or maybe the station he is a part of pays him more for more listeners. Either way, with a large audience it's very easy to make money. With all this free publicity he gets the word spreads are more people take interest. That's if the people are real, of course. If not the entire thing is fake and you're being trolled.

Fake could mean to say the presenter himself is fake....or the show doesn't exist... hence I ask to what extent do you mean fake?

Because you're the one saying that certain things are fake. You're saying that because the engineer is a made up character, the presenter is an actor who doesn't get angry, he just acts like that.
