Do what that other guy said and light it on fire.
Then try to put it out by pissing on it.
Get rid of everything besides essentials.
There is not a thing in that room that should be kept.
Work from the ground up.
Use matching colors for furniture and walls. Warm colors, cool colors, neutrals, or other combinations.
And don't get anything along the lines of legos, stuffed animals, movie/game posters, dolls.
And you could of at least cleaned up before you took those pictures.

Repaint the walls something colored like this:
