I will not tell you what to do, but I really don't see any logic to [b]not fapping[/b] for a whole month. [i]Physically[/i] there's [u]no difference[/u] in pleasure if you fap after a month from last time or after 3-4 days...

I can see there being [i]psychological pleasure[/i] - a sense of achievement, a self-proof of strong will. But that [u]does not[/u] add up to overall sexual pleasure, and can be achieved through other spheres of life. Do some stuff for a month that will help you and [u]will not[/u] limit the things that entertain you and make you feel good.
