I can't do any push ups, I have really weak arms and I collapse under my own weight if I try. I'm not fat.
That's just not healthy.
Why do you give a shit? People should just be happy with themselves if THEY are comfortable with the way they look, and shouldn't have to worry about the media or other people telling them they need to change. As long as they're not risking their health, why does it matter?
Whats been wondering me for ages is can an obese/fat person jump?
I can.
Aye it's a muscle pain, it's a real problem too because I'll be going to University later this year and.. Well, I'll only have one method of transport then. I'm going to start taking a walk 'round the block every day to build up their strength.
Make sure to stretch them afterwards, or you'll get a ton of soreness the next day. Overtraining muscles that haven't been trained for a long time, whether through cardio or weights, will make them sore as hell.
I eat because I'm sad, and I'm sad because I eat. Imma go jog brb

i can do the clapping ones and once when i was conditioned enough (i cant do it anymore) i could do 60 proper push ups in 60 seconds
And I can lick my eye with the tip of my tongue. Praise me, insignificant mortal. What's being missed here is that activity does not equal productivity. Let's just assume you have the body of a Greek god, what is the point if you don't accomplish anything?
The thing is, I've never eaten that much. I've always kept to 2-3 meals a day with very little-no snacking in between meals, it's just the large quantities of Soda and sweets I've consumed I 'reckon. January last year I was drinking around 5 cans of Soda a day, I don't drink any non-diet sodas lately though.
Actually, eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day is much healthier for your weight/body than 2-3 per day, it gets your metabolism in order, only problem with that is if you're a student you can't just plop a meal on your desk while your figuring out what x+2b-3/33-100x3.1464654e6564 equals
Whats been wondering me for ages is can an obese/fat person jump?
Gabe Newell can, so I suppose that means yes.
That's just not healthy.
I have really really strong legs though, they're like tree trunks, and most of my body fat tends to go to my butt area, so I have the body of a butch lesbian. [editline]02:24AM[/editline]
i can do the clapping ones and once when i was conditioned enough (i cant do it anymore) i could do 60 proper push ups in 60 seconds @ frieghter- im 15, and 10 and a half stone,of a healthy build. i play rugby (not well). i am also a martial art nutter- because martial arts are awesome
You seem too enthusiastic about sport.
It's lifestyle.
Medication can do it. Swear to god. I went on this one medication, I started gaining weight. Wasn't eating more or exercising less, just was gaining weight. I talked to my doctor, he told me the medicine can do that. I was thinking to myself the whole time "Gee thanks asswipe, you should have told me before I started taking it." I got off it, and lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks.
You seem too enthusiastic about sport.
Might as well be enthusiastic about something you enjoy doing, right?
I consider myself fat, and I'm not an ignorant dumbass about it. I know it's my fault. The difference is, I'm trying to make a difference to lose weight. I have started eating less than I used too, and I'm trying to make healthier choices. I'm also doing a crap-load of exercise compared to what I used to do. 2 Months ago I weighed 320 lbs. Today I weigh 285 lbs. at 6'2" I am not psychically fit by any means, but hell. It's your own damn fault if you are fat. Take steps to lose it. Eat a salad. Walk a mile or two. (Protip: Exercise is 10X more entertaining if you have music or something.) It's not hard. You're just lazy.
I gained two and a half stone when I was on Prozac :saddowns:
I don't take anything that's made in a lab anymore. All natural from now on baby! That shit will kill you. All meds in general will kill you.
Might as well be enthusiastic about something you enjoy doing, right?
It's one matter to enjoy something. It's another to apply that to everyone else should as well. It's not like I think everyone should have a basic understanding of human anatomy or a grasp of color. That's my thing.
I don't take anything that's made in a lab anymore. All natural from now on baby! That shit will kill you. All meds in general will kill you.
I doubt all meds will kill you.
I don't take anything that's made in a lab anymore. All natural from now on baby! That shit will kill you. All meds in general will kill you.
Have fun with your tetanus and polio.
You seem too enthusiastic about sport.
not realy, martial arts is probably my best (i have tried a few) im fairly poor at catching, and every time i do something that makes it look like i have immense skill in a sport i fuck up straight after.
I doubt all meds will kill you.
You know what I mean. Most meds have a 2 paragraph list of things that can go wrong. I actually saw a heart med bottle that said Cardiac arrest as a complication.
I like food, video games and being a lazy bastard so I've got no one to blame but myself. Though I have lost 20 lbs in two months So at least I'm trying to get healthy.
You know what I mean. Most meds have a 2 paragraph list of things that can go wrong. I actually saw a heart med bottle that said Cardiac arrest as a complication.
Yes, they do. That's because things that do things to you, surprise, actually do things to you. That's why you'll notice that "natural" remedies have no side effects. Because they have next to no effects, period.
You know what I mean. Most meds have a 2 paragraph list of things that can go wrong. There would not be a thing called "medicine" if it did more harm than good. Lets not forget how medicine has changed life expectancy from 50 to 80 in under 100 years. Medicine has already saved billions upon billions of lives.
My idea of pain medicine is growing the pain reliever myself. *Cough*Opium Poppies*Cough* Some things do really work though, and well.
Oh yeah, cause opium has absolutely no side effects. Alright, I'll bite. Let's say that some herbal remedies are better than modern medicine. Why has the average life span only now, after the advent of modern medicine, increased?

Dumbass.
