I've been "that fat fuck" all my life, and I'll still take my shirt off to fuck with people and have a good time. Quit whining.

I got a kid in an ankle lock in the lockerroom for being an annoying dick, and ended up farting in his mouth.
I dont think he likes me.
So much violence in this forum, big badass brahs all of you!
So much violence in this forum, big badass brahs all of you!
Not really the black kid i got in an ankle lock weighs 30 pounds less than me.
But we both did wrestling so its w/e
i beat up a kid 40 lbs heavier than me for a pack of cigarettes
i beat up a kid 40 lbs heavier than me for a pack of cigarettes
It'd be cool if you beat him up for something other than cigarettes, but whatever.
Also, just found steroid sellings on deepweb,
lololol
also, hitmen for 20k.
wtf.
How much weight would be a good dumbbell size for general usage? I'm quite strong already so a bit heavier than average is what I'm looking for, what weight?

Uhh im pretty sure barbells are standard 45 lbs.
I meant dumbbells, woops.
I meant dumbbells, woops.
25? Depends on your strength and size I suppose though.
Maybe I should just get a resistance band, any massive advantage to dumbbells or will a band do?
Planning on doing some home fitness as I can not afford a gym, ordered an Iron man pull up bar already, was planning to get some boxing gloves/bag for cardio and dumbbells/resistance band.

KK im going to bold this for anyone else reading
If you do not know how to box ( have had formal training from someone who does)
DO
NOT
BOX.
Your just going to damage your wrists and develop bad form and in the end fucking yourself over.

And to be honest, just save up enough money for a power rack and olympic barbell lifting set. get the bench so you can bench, obviously
then the barbell you can squat, and deadlift with.
And just get up to 300 pounds of weight and your good for a long while.
If I was going to get that stuff I'd just go to the gym, I can't afford either hence the little setup.
And I'm not going to be boxing, just doing it for cardio with light punches and hopping around and such like an idiot, should do the trick.

If you dont know how to box, dont try.
If you want cardio, why not run/bike/swim?
I need a new routine. Been doing SL 5x5 for months now.
Would like a 3x a week routine.
SL 5x5 is a 3 times a week routine? Or was that not your point?
You could try SS, I haven't done it personally, but i've heard many a good thing about it.
[editline]23rd October 2011[/editline]
How long should I expect to work out for before I can actually see a my muscle clearly without flexing?
I've been doing SL 5x5 since march, would like to add some more workouts to the routine.
I feel great today. Yesterday i got a bench press for my house (Bench + Rack + Olympic Bar + 2x 25 LB and 2x 10 LB Circular Olympic weights (max i can do is 115.. kill me)) All that shit for 200 bucks. I hate going to the gym because the closest one to our house is 40 bucks a fucking month and the gym sucks dick. And the gym at my school, the benches are always hogged by assholes.
Benched yesterday ALOT and did antagonist muscles (wide grip pullups) now i'm sore as fuck and i feel great.

Well i've added some other routines to my 5x5.
Each workout day i do 4*6 wide pullups and 3*8 normal pull-ups (using biceps to pull) Also i do weighted dips 3*8, biceps curls with dumbell and barbell 3*8.
i worked out sore today
awww yeah soreness is no longer
i am somehow related to a 1970's african judo world champion or some shit, idk.
but he suggested that if i wanted to work out i should heat a bowl of sand to boiling temperature, stick my hands in the bowl until i get blisters, cool my hands with ice and wrap them with bandages then punch a tree trunk 100 times until my bandaged knuckles bleed.
sounds legit.

I think there are easier ways to get boxer's fracture.
Hurt my both heels. Long story. No running, squatting, deadlifting or calve workouts for 2-4 weeks. Fuck.
Ran too fast and tried to do a double leg insta-break?
Deadlifted for the first time in months, hit 400 for 3x3.
Need to get my strength back up.
I'm going to try working on gaining weight, my trainer claims I should eat more, even though I eat lots of spaghetti/pasta which he recommends, and red meat which I will eat more, would 1/2 a gallon of milk per day be a good weight gain method?
