Well it got 12 dumbs, I'm not too trustworthy of the objection towards it
jesus h. christ... I swear the people in this section get dumber by the day
it was stickied for a REASON
"it got dumb ratings the information presented within must be wrong!!"
:downs:
Well gee, I just expected a straight forward yes or no...
It was evidently stickied to prevent people like agoolab from getting big. Only so many guys can look ~sexy~ you know.
/sarcasm

Weight room was locked the other day
Go to the office ask for a key
They tell me an adult has to supervise
I tell them okay then, who can?
They say no one.
THEN WHY THE FUCK DO YOU HAVE A WEIGHT ROOM IF YOU DON'T WANT ANYONE USING IT.
lol our weight room at school is always full, also its fucking huge with a bunch of squat racks/benches and platforms with barbells for hang cleaning/deadlifts and shit, also we have like a fuckton of dumbbells and pullup bars

Can anybody link me the correct SS page? I've tried looking for it, but there seems to be so many different types. I'm getting increasingly bores of SL and am considering switching it up for SS.

Pull-ups: 3 sets to failure or add weight if completing more than 15 reps
my personal favourite of the variations. (http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ:The_Program)
Press meaning military/push press, correct? This certainly seems more to my liking, I could do with more benching in my program.
Yes. Rippetoe likes the push press. I personally would start with anyone of the above and then move on to Power Cleans.
Daymm it's been 1.5 weeks and my heels still hurt like hell. Been to x-ray twice but it doesn't show any fractures, but regular tissue damage should have healed and the pain is in the bone. They put me in magnetic resonance imaging machine for an hour but after three hours of waiting they told be I'll get the results tomorrow. Bah.
I remember when I was 11-12 I had this really bad pain in my heels, running and even walking hurt a lot. I didn't go to a doctor or anything, after a few weeks they were back to normal
New stats
Weight- 150
bench - 165/170
squat -245
dlift 265-275 (havent maxed)
woop woop going up fast.

Deformed growth plate? I had those. I was in the shitty kid soccer when i was little because I would start a game all baller as fuck then by the third period be in so much pain i pretty much just stood and stared at the ball.

Yeah but I can't even walk properly lol. I got it from falling heels first (I was drunk, didn't realize to dampen with my toes) at asphalt. I've had to walk on my toes or on the side of my foot for 1.5 weeks now.

Maxed 135 Bench today. It sounds weak as fuck, but this year i started out barely doing 95.
I feel happy as fuck.
Never again will I eat 8 servings of pasta before sparring. Almost shit myself. Or maybe it's this fucking pre workout thats giving me this stomach ache.
Also 2 cuties visited our gym, always a nice change doing bjj with girls. Going to make a fighting thread later on, I think quite of few of the bros here fight.
I felt weak as fuck in the gym today, doing my second set felt heavy as fuck.
Then i realized it is because someone decided to put a 55 lb bar on the bench rack instead of the basic ones.
Jackass's.
i hate high school sometimes.
