I need a good routine, my lifts aren't going up with strong lifts much anymore, plateaus all over this bitch.
Someone please halp me make/find a good routine that contains isolations and compounds.
Also: Squated 305 5x5 today.
We need more info. What's plateauing? What are your goals? How long do you spend working out?
I just cut my ballsack a little with a razor whilst shaving after working out.
OWWWWWWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOOW
Kiss it better seith
You better wash that shit or you could get a nasty infection
I think that confidence thing is finally setting in. Havent bathed since yesterday morning, been wearing the same clothes for 3 days, no shave november, but somehow i've managed to get 3 numbers without trying in that timeframe.
I need help here. Not sure if i have to tone it or i just have shitty arms. When i'm not flexing, i have perfetly flat biceps. like.. PERFECTLY FLAT. But when i flex i have a really good peak.
Do i just have to tone it? my arms are small as fuck when i'm not flexing and flat but when i flex they get waay bigger than people think when i flex.
Sounds about normal to me.

My bench is platueing, my dumbbell rows and overhead press are slowly increasing, by my squat is still increasing fast.
I usually work out about one hour 3 times a week, I can do more if necessary.
You're quitting SL 5x5 because your bench is plateauing?
..why

It has been for almost 2 months. I've been doing SL 5x5 since march so...
Slowly increasing does not equal stalling.
Keep at it. an increase from 5 to 6 in reps is considered progress.

Will do.
The only motivator i have right now is that when i first started benching about 3 and a half months ago, i can barely bench 95 but now i can do a rep of 135. So that's whats basically keeping me in line. I am seeing results. and i will do what you said.

So i recently started browsing /fit/ and i saw all this talk about creatine and gyno.. is some of it true?
Personally i don't think it is but i just wanna make sure so i can stop using creatine if that's true D:
Fuck, my workout schedule is fucked up because of work. I work in construction though, so I guess that makes up for missed days
Anyone ever heard of taking Casein before you sleep? My bud tells me it helps recharge while you are asleep and your body is rebuilding.

Why make it so complicated?
So I just finished seeing a documentary called 'fat head' which basically revolves about what the government wants you to think and what's real.
Really solid and informative, I highly recommend it for people who want to diet and general information.
I even learned a few things I thought I knew best.

I think it was humoristic, yet extremely informative and reliable. A perfect presentation.
Is creatine worth it?
Is creatine worth it?
Seriously go fucking read up on it im tired of explaining this.
Creatines horrible for you, its an illegal STEROID
and it shrinks your balls, gives you higher estrogen counts, and your dick can develop a vaginal appearance@!

62% of the people that take it tend to kill their mothers.
IM GAAAAAY
Hooray for me. 3 1/2 months ago I was 140 lbs. at 13% BF, now I am 160 lbs at 11% BF.
Cum at me mussels.
Disregarding the damage to the bones, I have two surgical scars on my forearm.
Which exercises would you guys recommend laying aside, out of DL, BP, Squat, Militairy press and BB rows?
Well fitness bros, I can't workout until I turn 16 because this world sucks.
So I'm spending the next ~6 months becoming a horribly self-destructive drug addict, but I'll still work abs.
PEACE
Is this that stupid growth plate myth? A gym or two i've been at didn't let people under 16 work out, you just gotta find one that does I guess.
