Hit 100.9 kgs this morning. Hoping to get to about 100kgs before I go fatten myself at my parents for one week. After that I'll wrestle the weigh down as far as I can before christmas when I go to fatten myself at my parents' for two weeks. And then I'm back to normal schedule.
Maybe I'll manage to hit 90kgs before christmas 2012. *wistful thingking*

It entirely possible, 10lbs a month is very realistic.
I'm doing the opposite, trying to gain that weight back. Hopefully i'll be 235lbs end of this month. Only 15 to go lol.
off-topic because I'm too lazy to make a thread:
Anyone have experience with Swollen lymph nodes (particularly below the ear/upper neck area)?
The cause seems to be a common cold because I have a fever and runny nose and all but what bothers me is that my face looks fat as fuark.
It also hurt like phuck but I took some Ibuprofen and the pain is no more.
am I going to die?
I eat alot of burgers and pizza, is this bad even if it fits my macros?
making gains without gaining too much fat??
Then who cares, legit. The only thing you might be concerned about is your blood lipid profile, which might not be too pretty after a while.
Anyone ever heard of taking Casein before you sleep? My bud tells me it helps recharge while you are asleep and your body is rebuilding.
It won't hurt, but the logic behind doing this is almost as retarded as people waking themselves up at 3AM to down a protein shake and going back to sleep. GOTTA PROTECT FROM THE CATABOLISMS BRO
Contrary to popular belief, fasting for 8 or so hours (sleep) is not going to harm your gains at all, and is actually beneficial.
I know it's entirely possible, I just try to not take too much stress about it so my weigh goes down with fits and starts.
So far I have lost about 22 kgs in ~1 year and a month. I'm expecting to gain about 10kgs during christmas time though.
10 kg? I can understand gaining 1-3 kg, but 10?

Anyways, I just got two 25kg plates (and broke one 10kg plate (and my floor lol)).
broke a plate? what force and what kind of floor do you own?
LOL
Well fitness bros, I can't workout until I turn 16 because this world sucks.
So I'm spending the next ~6 months becoming a horribly self-destructive drug addict, but I'll still work abs.

I feel like shitting on your face after you've said that

Went full retard and took off all the plates on one side of the bar first. Shit fell right down on my stone floor. The plate that broke was between 4 other plates. Doesn't make any sense.
The floor must've been a karate master in its previous life.
TL;DR for the Fat Head movie: high amount of carbs are bad for you (100g+), ketosis and low carb are the way to go.
tl;dr which I don't appreciate of. I still suggest everybody watches it.
Just worked out for the first time with the new weights. Added 5 kg to my bench, could probably add more.
wtf??
are you shocked with own progress? that's new
I'm shocked at how much easier it is with the new weights. I could probably add another 5kg.

If it's that easy to add that much more weight you probably weren't pushing yourself hard enough to begin with
I always push myself hard enough (into seith's ass)
THE BALLS ARE INERT!!!!
Added on 5 pounds to my last set and finished it pretty easy, feels good man
Some weights are actually quite fragile. Some are some kind of ceramic material. But even some types of metallic plates are fragile to hard impacts.
BTW I broke my friend's plyers just by squeezing them as hard as I could. The metallic handle snapped in two, even though it was made almost a cm thick metal rod. Felt manly. They were like a little bigger version of these
Can i still bulk up if i'm doing wrestling? usually our practices make you sweat your ass off losing a pound or 2 a day.
Would i still be able to gain if i eat more calories than i lost?

If you're losing that much then I'd think it was mostly water lost, in which case drink more. As long as it isn't too much cardio type exercise that that wrecks your gains then I'd say you could. A general rule is 2000 calories normal plus another 500 for bulking, adjust as you see fit but most of your losses are probably water so don't overdo it.
So anyone got a routine for someone without weights or a gym membership?
So anyone got a routine for someone without weights or a gym membership?
Calisthenics. They're simple exercises, getting strength is harder than with weights though. But there's a few perks:
1. You'll be able to control your body easier. Running, jumping, swimming, and pulling yourself up will done with more efficiency.
2. You don't need any equipment. The most you'll need is a pull-up bar, which can be replaced by finding a nice sturdy tree branch
3. It's not as easy to hurt yourself with improper form

I eat about 3000-3500 calories a day.
Mostly protein

Not gaining weight? Add another 500 calories to your daily intake, check weight at start of next week. Still not gaining? Repeat etc.
