Huh, since I broke my heels I haven't done anything. I didn't plan to continue my cut, but apparently I've lost my appetite when I haven't done any sports. Though i've tried to eat well, today when I finally got on the scale I've lost almost 4 kg's =0
Body isn't so willing to devour it's own hard-earned tissue. Fear not my friend.
My dad approached me while i was studying earlier, and said he was going to be blunt with me. Said if he didn't lose 50 lbs soon, he was on the way to dying. Wants me to help motivate him to work out and eat right.
I've had trouble getting a grip on my diet, so now ive got an even bigger reason.
I'm sure you'll be able to do it, don't be afraid to be a little harsh either, sometimes it helps as a wake up call. Just count the calories together, make sure to have a proper deficency and stick to it.
sometimes i find that an hour of workout is never enough, i go to the gym everynight and somehow i always end up staying for 4 hours just lifting, is this a good thing or a bad thing?
4 hours is just bad especially when you go to the gym every night.
Had a group of 6 people standing around the (only) barbell bench today, each doing 4 sets of 10 with like 60-80lbs.
I cried on the inside.

Decent diet + beginner = average gains. Doesn't matter, 1-4 hours. Same shit, at least for a while

Hey guys, trying to get back into the gym soon, been going on and off for the past year so but made no real gains (due to motivation). I'm a skinny twig at 140 lbs, 6"0-6"1. My question is would it be ok to start taking N.O. Xplode in the mornings (before I work out) to get a boost of energy and motivation?
